索奇尼別墅旅館(Villa Socini)

I want to thank my friend Vittoria Pometti for her hospitality during our stay here in Siena. If anyone is looking to travel to Italy, I recommend staying here at B&B Villa Socini. It is walking distance to Siena's city center. An hour to an hour and a half bus and train ride to Florence and double that to Rome.

I stayed in Villa Socini for almost 10 months period as Eramsus student and I really felt so nice for this choise. Firstly is in a great location both for my university and for the center(12 minutes on foot). I really liked the interior of the building which is neoclassical bu also with modern influences. Vittoria and Marco are always willing to help and fix everything both personal and housing relating issues. I really recommend this place for those who pay attention to cooking and leisure becasue the kitchenware is awesome and the toilettes really welldesigned as long as the living room and the terrace-garden. Also the matress in my room was so comfy and I miss it. If you want to spend some days or more than a month in the Villa Socini I can reassure you will have great experience and a lots cosy moments.

I cannot recommend this place enough! For students, it is an easy 7 minute walk from the Università per strainer di Siena. For travelers, it could not be in a better location. It is right on the wall to the historic city center, so you avoid the noise and crowds and have a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside all while being a less than 10 minute walk from all the major points of the city. Rooms are spacious and beautiful with amazing views. The host, Vittoria, is extremely kind and accommodating. I couldn't believe how lucky I got with this place

I stayed in the Villa from September until February for my erasmus and it was the best experience. The landlady is very friendly, you can always text here if you have a problem or a question. I loved the balcony room, the view is just amazing! Thank you Vittoria for this memorable stay.

Such a lovely place to live: the view is amazing and there are large spacious rooms. The location is great too: walkable distance to the train station, just outside the town centre and bus stops near by. Vittoria is extremely helpful and there when you need her!

Bellissimo soggiorno a Siena. Vittoria è stata molto gentile e disponibile sia prima che durante la nostra permanenza. La villa è bella, pulita e a solo 15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Siena, è proprio davanti a una delle porte delle mura. Ci ritornerei volentieri!

Siamo due motociclisti e tra le nostre mete di viaggio c'era Siena.Si voleva un posto dove il riposarsi è essenziale ,non troppo lontano dal centro e naturalmente lasciare la moto al sicuro.Villa Socini ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre esigenze. Struttura vicinissima al centro da Porta Camollia e anche dalla Stazione FS. Si è riuscito a visitare tutta Siena. Indimenticabile il panorama dalla terrazza. La Signora Vittoria una persona squisita ....ci siamo sentiti come a casa....ringrazio tantissimo e anche il gatto..Da consigliare? Sicuramente...

Ho passato un soggiorno perfetto. Camera pulita e silenziosa, spaziosa e ben arredata. Accoglienza migliore non potevo chiederla. Vittoria è stata simpaticissima e davvero gentile. Inoltre è a due passi da tutto e rapporto prezzo/servizio/zona fantastico. Super consigliato

Pulizia ottima, camere ampie e comode , ma sopratutto posizione comoda e centralissima per visitare Siena a piedi, so trova proprio di fronte porta Camollia!! Proprietaria gentilissima e super disponibile per tutto. Ve la consiglio!!!
