It was a pleasant stay and in a perfect location for a short one-night getaway and to visit Toledo.
We got some issues during check-in, and the staff have immediately assisted and solved the problem for us.
The hotel overall is quiet and we loved the building/architecture style very much.

1，這是一個公寓套房，並不是酒店。前台在圖一那棟樓的房產中介那屋，在那裡拿鑰匙。人很熱情。2，公寓房間在圖二那個白色的公寓樓。帶陽台，景色不錯。3，卧室的床和被子還算舒適，公寓就是典型的一室一廳一衞。大約30平左右,設施還算齊全。

The offer on Booking is not consistent with the description, the opinions are not adequate to the actual state of affairs. The kitchen lacks basic dishes: two pots, one huge and the other small - both without lids, some kind of lid that does not fit anything, no knife, board, etc. Frying pans need to be thrown away, after the intervention we were provided with 2 frying pans - small and medium, but it does not change the fact that what we found in this room is absolutely unacceptable. In general, the "apartment" requires a general renovation and cleaning, and the bed needs to be replaced - by the way, you can't sleep on it because it sinks in. In addition, the offer is inconsistent with the description on Booking - parking away. We walked about 0.8 kg uphill with bags🤦🏻♀️ the description says that getting to the "apartment" on skis - a scam. The room is dusty, dirty. After the intervention they gave us 100 E back! Embarrassing! This type of treatment of a customer is unacceptable.

Fantastisch mooi gelegen ( aan de plaza ) en langs de ski-gondel! Alles dichtbij ( verhuur, liften, supermarkt en horeca) . Appartement is zeer netjes, compleet, ruim en lekker warm! Zeer vriendelijke check-in, dus al met al een top adresje! We komen zeker terug …

El apartamento estaba sucio, deteriorado y viejo. El colchón horrible ,te levantas con la espalda destrozada. Pasas frío porque te ponen dos calefactores y por más. Las imágenes distan mucha de la realidad y cobran a precio de hotel. Para no volver!

Apartamento precioso, renovado y muy limpio en la mejor zona de Sierra Nevada. Servicio impecable desde que hicimos la reserva hasta la salida. Súper amables y atentos. Nos compraron forfaits y nos aconsejaron en nuestras clases de esquí. Volveremos pronto. Ideal para familia con niños.

Apartamento moderno y limpio en el centro de Sierra Nevada (nos lo dieron en la plaza principal), cómodo y cerca de todo. También alquilamos unas bicis con ellos y nos recomendaron unas rutas muy chulas. Repetiremos este invierno cuando vengamos a esquiar. Servicio muy recomendable.

Una estancia fantástica en un un buen apartamento con todo lo necesario. Lo mejor, su ubicación y el servicio de la agencia. Nos dejaron entrar antes de la hora prevista y salimos un poco más tarde también como cortesía. Fueron todo facilidades en todo momento.

Me gustó todo en general. El servicio que nos dio la agencia desde el momento que reservamos, la situación del apartamento en pleno centro y la comodidad y limpieza del mismo. Ya hemos realizado otra reserva para este verano y esta vez volveremos con más amigos. Un muy buena experiencia.

I went for a night with two friends. Rooms were as expected and very clean with all equipment and towels etc. Staff were very friend to mention Angel and Rafa. Very supportive and very helpful. Place is peaceful and admirable even when not busy. Perfect place to relax and unbearable scenery. I definitely recommend it. Bob
