布朗維拉俱樂部度假村(Club Vila Bran)

I was at Club Vila Bran last years for almost 3 or 4 times. I had a very bad experience when I tried to book again in January 2024 while they stopped booking process in calling booking. I tried to call again to restart booking process but very complicated process begun: While on other number told that there are a lot of rooms anyone can book they have been continuing to refuse me when I presented my name even I never done any problem there. Probably could be a confusion by name that they conclude to refuse my booking. I thought to contact my advocate to begin a civil litigation but I decided to never visit this place.

A very beautiful restaurant decorated accordingly. The food was excellent the waiters where promt to serve us and very nice. The food was second to none, romanian cuisine is simply amazing, not the healthiest but exceptionally tasty.

Good location with very beautiful views. Very Dissapointing restaurant with old and cold food at expensive prices. Ordered a salad and was just some old vegetables, bbq chicken tasted like was made many hours in advance, extremely dry and cold. Would not return.

This is a great place for families. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools, my daughter loved the fairy village and game room. Special thanks to the person with the pony horses he was very nice to us. Basically was satisfied with everything: cleanliness, staff was friendly. The only downside of this place is the restaurant: very slow service and staff doesn’t really speak good English so for us as non-romanian speakers was a bit difficult but they were still nice to us. The food was very meat heavy and could have included a bit more healthy/veggie option.

I rated this 4/5 stars just because I had some problems that may not apply to you! Me and my family stayed at “Scufița Roșie” house! It was very awesome there, I uploaded some photos so you can see about what am I talking! You can do activities, like riding a horse, play basketball or football etc. It was awesome here, recommend this place to anyone who wants a good trip

The bed was very loud and very uncomfortable, the furniture in the room was worn.

Good location with great views but unprofessional restaurant staff. His excuse for not taking our order or the 20 min delay of bringing our food is : the full board customers gets priority ... unbelievable. Being an ex Hotelier myself I have never witness this type of service .Guess that I will get my food in neighboring restaurant from now on

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the property. Our room was a bit loud as we could hear the pipes from showers and toilet flushes from above. The property offers plenty of activities. Not many staff members speak English though. Very nice views everywhere! Very good place for children and families I suppose.

L'hotel mi é piaciuto tanto ,immerso nel verde con stanze accoglienti pulite e spaziose.É un Hotel adatto a famiglie e coppie in cerca di relax. Un condiglio che posso dare alla struttura é quello di fornire un bus navetta per spostamenti inerni e per raggiungere il centro .
