This place was so lovely! The rooms are individual cabanas in a relaxing jungle setting. The pool and poolside bar was clean and comfortable with lots of areas to sit and seek shade. Dinner and breakfast was served in big beautiful portions, and the staff were very friendly and professional. A great stay!

Die Anlage mit Pool ist wirklich wunderschön. Der Pool lädt zum verweilen ein, es gibt viele Möglichkeiten auch im Schatten am Pool zu liegen. Der Pool selbst ist groß und verfügt über eine Poolbar. Das Personal etwas lahm, es dauert lange wenn man etwas bestellt, man wird in Ruhe gelassen und wenig gefragt wie es einem gefällt. Auch das Frühstück, das zwar ganz lecker ist, wird einem nur hingestellt und es gibt keine Auswahl sondern eine Variante. Man könnte aus der Anlage wirklich viel mehr machen. Aber wir hatten trotzdem eine schöne Zeit hier und konnten gut am und im Pool entspannen.

This was an odd experience. The rooms/challets are lovely and you feel like you are right in the jungle. The plants are lush. Sound carries so you will think you are outside all night, which is fine if you are ok with noisy crickets. Water bottles in the room looked dirty. The pool looked lovely but we didnt have time to use it. Didnt use the bar or see anyone else using the bar. The odd thing was the 'boss man' - he was basically a boy. He looked about 13! He had a weird militant, aloof vibe about him. Very odd as peope in Sri Lanka are generally not like that. He gave me the vibe of the child general in the movie Tropic Thunder (IYNYN). He was even rude to our local driver.

We were suppose to stay here but our arrival was not met with the right hospitality. In fact there were a few young boys knocking about who really did not look like they wanted to be bothered by us. Not an ideal way to start a stay. Not a great site for a 2 & 3 year old. Much better for couples back packing & travelling. Rooms looked clean.

Toen we aankwamen duurde het even voor we iemand konden vinden die bevestigde dat we kamers hadden gereserveerd. Kamers en omgeving waren prima en zwembad was mooi. Minpunt is de snelheid van handelen. Als je een tijd afspreekt voor het ontbijt moet je nog lang wachten voor je bediend wordt en bij de bar van het zwembad komt niemand opdagen als je op de bel drukt waarmee je iemand kan waarschuwen. Kortom, goed resort maar vanwege de service slechts een gemiddelde beoordeling.

'emplacement par rapport au rocher de Sigiriya est top, nous sommes à peine à 500 mètres du site, et pour les restaurants du soir, il faut prendre un tuktuk pour à peine 3 min. La chambre est belle, spacieuse, propre, une clim qui fonctionne bien, et en plus avec un petit frigo pour mettre nos boissons. La piscine, propre et nettoyée tous les matins, qui fait environ 12 mètres de long. Les site respecte totalement la nature car les lodges sont intégrés dans le paysage.

Do not stay here! Bed bugs or flea infestation and incredibly scary, rude behavior to cover it up, including threatening police on us for asking for a refund. My wife woke up with 50 new bites on her legs in clusters. We asked the owner for help to dry our clothes to prevent spreading the infestation, and search the bed frame for potential bugs. He, in our room, immediately started screaming at us “no! No bed bugs! Many guests and no one else had them!”. He said these were mosquito bites she had gotten elsewhere. Literally obviously not. We asked again for help, he refused, and told us to leave the property. Screaming the entire time. He only agreed to dry our clothes once we said we wouldn’t leave a bad review, which is coercive and messed up. He threatened to call the tourist police on us when we said we would inform other guests for safety. He and one other staff member continued to lie- now, it was a “caterpillar” bite?! Look at these photos. This was scary, having them scream at us in our room, and they’re being so manipulative, selfish. They refused to give us any of our payment back. All the while saying snide remarks like “maybe you know best if you’re a genius”. He never once offered sympathy, apologies or help for us. We had to bargain for help. Instead the entire interaction was him screaming at us, denying, and trying to get us to leave immediately to cover it up. I will find every possible way to report them, this is completely unacceptable and importantly, unsafe behavior for a business owner. They were just so manipulative I’m still shocked. At one point he said “another tourist got a monkey scratch on a hike yesterday and didn’t complain.” What the hell does that have to do with my wife getting bitten to shreds while she was sleeping? My lord.

Vreselijk, geen aanrader. Wij logeerden in de oudere accommodaties. Waarbij ik midden in de nacht wakker werd doordat ik helemaal onder de uitslag zat. Daarbij zat het matras onder de schimmel, zie foto. Slechte service, muf ontbijt en de douche was koud en er kwam een laf straaltje uit. WiFi viel constant weg. Vanaf de buitenkant ziet het er wel leuk uit, that's all

Heerlijk verblijf! Super mooie locatie met een top zwembad en fijne kamers. Service kan wat sneller, maar houdt hier rekening mee dan valt alles mee. Neem bijvoorbeeld je eigen drankjes mee naar het zwembad. Ontbijt was ook erg lekker en vergelijkbaar met wat je hier in Sri Lanka krijgt bij accomodaties.

Resort immerso nella natura molto tranquillo. Dispone di piccola piscina e poche camere. Abbiamo soggiornato nella suite anche se eravamo in due ma è risultata un'ottima scelta in quanto nuovissima. Ottimo bagno. Pulito. Su richiesta siamo riusciti anche a cenare senza doverci muovere .consigliato

Nous avons été extrêmement déçus de notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Tous les matins, y compris le week-end, nous avons été réveillés à 7h par des bruits de travaux incessants (marteau-piqueur et autres outils lourds) directement sur le site de l’hôtel. Une véritable nuisance sonore. De plus, les chambres laissent à désirer : une odeur de moisi persistante, aucun ménage effectué durant notre séjour, et les serviettes ne sont jamais changées. Côté service, c'est inexistant. Tous les employés semblent mobilisés sur le chantier, il n’y a donc absolument aucun service client. Bref, une véritable catastrophe. Malgré tout cela, on nous a proposé un maigre rabais de 10 %, ce qui est tout simplement honteux compte tenu des désagréments. À éviter absolument tant que les travaux ne sont pas terminés et que l’hôtel ne prend pas ses responsabilités vis-à-vis de ses clients.

Przepiękny obiekt. Można się poczuć jak w lesie. Piękna roślinności, przepiękny czysty basen. Miła obsługa, duże i smaczne śniadanie. Możliwość zamówienia kolacji. Przystanek autobusowy około 200m. Można pojechać do centrum lub Dambulla.

Een echt paradijs. Vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen. Ze hebben een klein barretje bij het zwembad met heerlijke passie vrucht mojitos. In de natuur vlakbij de Lion Rock en Pidurangala rock. Restaurants in de buurt. Heerlijke rustig en in de ochtend overal vogelgeluiden. Een toppertje.
