Whilst the owner is friendly, helpful and engaging and the garden is well-laid out, the premises are accessed by unmade roads with partly-demolished/built properties on them and unpleasant odours. Our room had a cement slab in front of the bathroom door- a real trip hazard. There were mosquitoes in the room and no mosquito nets although we were given an aerosol with which to spare it. There is no restaurant at the property and our room was poorly maintained.
