It was a nice stay with delicious food clean lobby and spacious room and clean too.staff where attentive while attending the guest we enjoyed pool service. Food was as per home choice having big banquet and parking area with safety and a very lively bar

Good hotel helpful staff great food at the silver spoon restaurant and reception staff Ms.sita and sumit was great very good hospitality offered I will recommend this hotel at anyone is traveling to aligarh with family. Thank you all staffs.

the rooms are very spacious, and service is super quick. except all this there is one staff Nikita in the restaurant, who took great care of my 8 month old baby, she was so helpful and humble. will visit again there because of her and services. Thanku you.

"All about good experience " it is a good place and personal they have a kind. It has a GYM, spa swimming pool and good management. The breakfast is a very good. Rooms are very nice and nicely furnished. We are staying here 3 months. Really enjoyed. Thank to Ms . Nikita she is so good and well trained .

It was not planned to go anywhere to celebrate 🍾 our eve on 31st, somehow we planned to move Ramada and celebrate 🥳 together with my friends. They’ve asked to come to there and see the eve. Finally I have reached there with my friends and at desk we met with a girl her name is @Payal we had a warm welcome there through Payal. We asked her to show the room we went out to see the rooms. Rooms are quite good and with good views as well. We did not stay there cos we went to have dinner there, She suggested us to have a look at silver spoon restaurant and it was fantastic. Even food was delicious 😋. Thanks Payal and Silver Spoon 🥄 team members.

Add some more food item in breakfast otherwise overall experience was best Staff are so polite and manageable I like it room and services definitely I’ll connect with this brand and give next time chance to here only Ambience is also good Thankyou

Very very bad experience. Initially the room had leaky faucets and stained towels which we got changed. On the second night our room ac showed centrally controlled and we couldn’t change it from heat to cool. The entire night it kept heating our room even when we were sweaty and uncomfortable. We called the front desk and complained our room was heating up to 30 and they answered us rudely that they can’t change it just for one room. We merely asked for the control of ac and they kept denying us until we had to threaten them with customer care complaints. After that they turned on the fan but not the cooling. After repeated requests they turned on the cooling but we couldn’t turn on the fan. In all this process it took more than one hour in the early morning and we couldn’t even sleep properly because of this. The front desk executives were uncooperative and unhelpful the entire time and unnecessarily made our night hot and uncomfortable.

During my stay at Hotel Ramada Aligarh, I had a splendid experience. The staff Ms.Payal and provided excellent service. The housekeeping staff were prompt in their service and were always ready to assist with any requests or requirements. The food at the hotel was simply awesome. The hotel offered a variety of cuisines that were expertly prepared by the experienced chefs. The food was fresh, flavorful, and delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed every meal during my stay. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. The beds were soft and comfortable, with clean bed sheets that provided a restful night's sleep. The overall ambiance of the room was welcoming and relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind after a busy day. In conclusion, my experience at Hotel Ramada Aligarh was excellent. The hotel's efficient and friendly staff, delicious food, and comfortable rooms made my stay enjoyable and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting at Aligarh.

We started off on the right note as we were 3 friends and we were offered a suite room by the ever helpful Sita at the front Desk. This was followed by a delicious lunch in the restaurant silver spoon at the hotel. From here on things went for a toss. The restaurant service was poor and tiresome and the restaurant staff was unenthusiastic and depressing. We were denied drinks at the restaurant however to our shock foreign customers were served liquor right in front of us. Anyway the evening and night was even worst. The hotels air-conditioning is controlled by the front desk and started running on heat mode. The situation went worst when one of my friends got suffocated and started gasping for breath. We went to the reception who did nothing for us until we threatened them with consumer forum complaints and that we are from the media industry which is both true . Anyway the air-conditioning was switched on finally and again it was switched off at 5 am and then turned to hear mode at 6 am. At 9 15 am someone called us from the breakfast service and to quote his exact words.... Come down for breakfast .....how long will you take ...... the service will end at 1030 am and then you need to check out. This is absolutely shocking treatment. We strongly advise you to stay away from this horrible property.

Stay was good Girish good fellow . Specially front office staff were very good and well mannered. Sita mam on desk very polite and Ajay Cleaning is topclass👍👌. I was glad to be staying at this hotel on business for a couple of nights and it was an incredible experience. The welcome was incredibly warm, reception staff very gracious and very efficient. My room was just perfect with great ambience and just the perfect bed (if I didn't have to work I would have spent all day there quite happily!). And honestly the food was just to die for throughout - the flavours and variety were just amazing. I couldn't have stayed anywhere better and will definitely make a return visit whenever I'm back in the area - it is a really classy but warm, friendly and welcoming hotel which exemplifies the very, very best of Indian hospitality.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating. They were able to help arrange for the wedding I had gone to attend without any major issues. Rooms were a bit dusty though. And for some reason the elevators were unbelievably slow. Generally a good experience for me.

Amazing stay at Ramada , smooth checkin check out , great staff at front office special thanks to Shayista and also good staff in house keeping specially Rajender. Quick service clean room. Just need to improve breakfast with more variety.
