I stayed at Sunhill on 28th December 23 and found this place lives upto it's reputation. It was a very comfortable and cosy stay that made me feel at home and the prompt service of the staff was a plus. The food was decent and the chicken momo was delicious and I hope they convey my regards to the chef. It was worth every penny paid for this stay and kudos to the team.

Stay was very comfortable and cozy. Staff is very helpful. Food was very nice also they have a twenty four hour restaurant. So food is available all the time. Easy connectivity to all the central areas.

A excellent stay at a comfortable hotel in the heart of Siliguri. Neat and clean room, with a well functioning AC, clean toilet, and proper amenities. Food option and room service is adequate. The complimentary breakfast was hearty too. A smiling and ever willing to help staff made my stay here very comfortable. Thank you to all the team who made this possible. Will come here again.

My experience was very good the breakfast was amazing the staff was so helpful and kind, the room was clean and the housekeeping staff was so good. The front desk staff has briefed us about the local markets & nearby places to visit. Good work team👍🏻

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sunhill Portico, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable.

You are expected to provide fresh linens for accommodating the guests. We checked into the hotel at around 10 PM. I was courteous enough to maintain a constant dialogue with the Front Office Executives in order to keep them informed about our arrival. You ought to be disappointed if you find soiled linens laid (soaked in small hair, kinks) on the bed. Something that you don't expect after having a long day of travel. Highly disappointed even after paying a premium price that too in a city like Siliguri. We got the linens replaced at around 11 PM. Duvet Cover wasn't available. A make-shift arrangement was made with a bed cover. Otherwise, newly built, rooms and toilets are spacious. They must do away with such malpractices to build a reputation.
