As a guest at the hotel, I was disappointed by the hotel ***ager's Mr Vivek ( night ***ager ) inability to communicate with politeness .. one of the worst ***ager I came across .. I would recommend that the hotel core team to work on improving their communication skills with some politeness in order to better serve their guests and create a more positive experience overall.
