SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Silver City

Todo está muy bien y me encontré una terraza dónde pude salir a fumar en la noche!

This is the second Best Western I have stayed in. It was okay except it was very difficult to find. The hotel sign said Sure Stay Plus in large letters and the Best Western was in really small letters that were difficult to read from the main highway. We drove right by it several times before we figured out that the hotel was a Best Western. It is a two star type hotel which is ok for an overnighter but I wouldn't want to spend more than a night there. Breakfast okay but fruit old and uninviting.

This hotel saved us from a bad stay at another hotel. It was comfortable and convenient.

Clean room with comfortable bed. Carpet was ripped in multiple places with numerous stains. Ver loud whistling/hissing noise while taking a shower. Not a great value

Our suite was the worst-lighted hotel room I've ever been in. There was an odd configuration where the toilet and tub/shower were in one room and around two corners the sink for washing your hands. That was minor. Sink and counter area had terrible dim lighting and the sofa area a lamp on one side; you needed a book lamp to read if you were sitting on the other side. Comfy bed. Quiet room. Just odd. BW seems to have a problem confirming our membership at various hotels.

Commercial vehicles and vehicles with trailers should not be permitted to park sideways taking up several parking spaces. Air conditoner not working. Door to room in disrepair

Stayed in Oct 23....Nice place, good breakfast. Not close to any good restaurants, but not far out. Great staff. Newer hotel. You will find little outside of "Old" part of Silver City. Very nice area though.

we were given an unwashed toilet plunger, spewed all over toilet seat/floor, staff would not clean up nor contact manager. Following day, manager stated, “what do you want me to do about it, I wasn’t here yesterday.” Also that there is no reason for her staff to ever call her after hours. Manager stated that It must not have been that bad since we hadn’t left. HORRIBLE experience, this is the abridged interaction. Manager also stated that if she is willing to work with me, what guarantee does she have that I won’t give her a bad online review? Really? Trying to coerce and intimidate me… she discounted first night stay

Check in was great,no issues and Jazmyn is great for the company! She answered all and any questions. Thanks
