銀泉市區酒店萬怡酒店(Courtyard Silver Spring Downtown)

They saved the day. I got the runaround at the doubletree in silver spring that same day. Totally unprofessional setup those guys have. The Marriott courtyard however is a spot I been to several times and never had a bad experience.

Staff was OK. They werent really friendly until i gave them my Bonvoy # and they realized my status. Parking is in a public parking garage that you need to pay for using the Park Mobile app. The hotel is WORN OUT. It desperately needs a renovation. Stained carpet, stained loveseat, outdated and chipped tile in the bathroom, dark and dim room. HVAC was great...that was really the only good thing about it. Conveniently located.

perfectly situated for dinner meeting at one of many nearby restaurants. Parking is at a 7-level public lot for which you pay $1.25 an hour from 7am I think til 10pm, with no charges for Sunday. You pay in advance for the time you need. The bridge across to the hotel is on level five which corresponds to hotel lobby on their floor three. We didn't use any of the hotel's facilities. Room itself was modern, clean and hvac easily managed. TV cable easy to use, and I could add in my own Roku.

I love staying here because it is comfortable and so convenient to downtown DC and the surrounding suburbs. Easy spot to go shopping and grab any kind of food you could imagine within walking distance. Lots of entertainment and activities right around you too!

The hotel lobby is in the 5th floor, you must pay the parking and activate again at 7am!, the elevator smells very bad, the room was dirty, Very far from the White House, I paid 45 dlls for the Uber. The staff in the lobby very unprofessional, The outside looks like a good place but is not!, don’t waste your money!

My friends and I decided to take a trip to tour Washington DC. They give me the responsibility to book the Hotel. I chose this Hotel because of its Name. We were terrible disappointed with the condition and the check in staff at the front desk. The rooms need uplifting. We could have gotten a better Hotel for the price we paid to stay at this crummy, unfriendly and dirty hotel. I am sorry to describe your hotel in this way. I would like a discount for the price I paid. I am not banking on it but it will sure decrease some of the hate my friend and I develop for your Hotel

The staff was very nice at this Marriott. The room was also great. The entrance was a bit hard to find aince its through the 5th floor of the parking garage. But this is also in a neat little area in Silver Spring with lots of great stores and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again.

Booked a month in advance for 5 nights but still got room overlooking ac units and garage. Room wasn’t cleaned until 4th day, at my urgent request but still had to wake up Mother’s Day, go to the lobby and get my own clean towels. Drawers weren’t working properly. Reported it but after finding out the engineer had to complete the job, I said not to repair during my stay. Engineer entered my room without my consent so my privacy was invaded. Requested another room the 2nd day of stay but it never happened. For a couple of days, there was a foul smell in the hallway and elevators. Plan to dispute the total charges as you didn’t perform all of your end of the contract by providing a clean room.

Location is convenient because of the supermarket across the street and dining variety, but some stores close early. A notification was sent that due to an emergency situation the building would have no water from 9am to 5pm.it is a major inconvenience and the rate is expensive
