All the staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The property, hotel, and room were all very clean and well maintained.

This hotel and manager are NASTY! We travel ALOT and have stayed in many hotels via *******. First, we had ants in our room. Second, we barely had hot water and zero water pressure. We reported these issues the morning after we checked in. We were assured that they would be fixed when we returned. They had 14 hours to address this. Needless to say, when we returned neither had been fixed. We still had ants crawling all over the drawers under the TV and hardly any water (hot or cold at all). We packed up and left at 10:00pm. The hotel is also in a very sketchy area of Ocala. We were assured by the front desk worker at the time, that it would be handled the next morning by the manager to get a refund for this disgusting room. She had already contacted her. The manager was nasty and rude when my husband called her the next morning. She blew us off and acted like we were lying. She stated that we were already giving her a bad review, so why did it matter. Why in the world would we pack up all our stuff at 10:00pm to leave? My daughter was in a competition at 8am the next morning. Also, be aware of *******! They assured us that they would take care of it and get a refund for us. They have not. We lost close to $400. They sent us a bogus email today saying the manager refused a refund. Stay away from this place and *******. They do not have your back!!!!!!!!!!!

We found drug paraphernalia between the two joining rooms. Tin foil with black cooked ***** on it. Brought it yo front desk so they could be aware of what was found. We were supposed to stay 5 days but stayed 3 as the my husband when outside to smoke a cigarette And group of people and kids parked in the far end of the parking lot, set up a blanket on the ground, were getting high outside and a few hours later we found a small hammer by our car on the ground and our mirrors were pushed all way out. I brought the hammer to the front desk.

This was the worst stay I have ever had at an IHG property, and I have stayed at some bad ones! The sheets were not changed on my bed and there was dirt and hair between the sheets. There was food and a sock behind one of the beds. The shower had dirt/sand in the bottom of it. Unfortunately, had to stay because we arrived at 12:30 am and the other hotels in the area looked sketchy! Almost everything was out of stock on the breakfast buffet with only water and cranberry to drink. Definitely will not be returning. my

Smelled like mold and breakfast had no food at 7am they were out.
