Worst place you could ever stay at. Pictures are from a time when the hotel was renovated. Not the real thing. You will find dirt wherever you go. Front desk doesn’t exist. Owners are from India and don’t speak English and they will scream at you and hung up the phone. If you arrive after 11:00 PM good luck finding a new hotel bc the front desk will be closed. The pool is empty and closed. Ice machine has not worked for years. The fabulous continental breakfast pictures that they show in their website is from another universe bc they don’t serve breakfast at all not even coffee. Hotel has not been maintained for years, everything is rusted and decaying.

Trip advisor should not be allowing this place to appear on their website. To be rated as the #2 spot in Silver Springs is just criminal. The photos all are either fake or photo shopped. It is run down and the pool looks as though it’s never been open. The couple that runs this dump is rude and completely clueless. Nasty rooms that stink and nothing is clean. Wouldnt stay here if you paid me. Made a reservation but once I checked in and went to the room I found other accommodations. Don’t know how anyone would rate this above a 1 star unless they have been homeless all of their lives.

The only reason I gave this place a rating of 2 was that I did smell disinfectant and the sheets were clean. This would give many people a higher rating however the customer service was almost a zero,!! The room is totally no frills the box spring was basically on the floor mattress was comfortable, but was kind of like a step back in time when you were living in dorm your first year of college but with some rough people hanging around outside....There was a massive rust stain in the tub when I checked in they tried to charge me twice after paying online in full asking me a check in for my credit card after I had the reservation number and wanting to run my card again. I believe the son of the parent owners directed me to the pursue my online reservation to take care of the problem myself, his mother steps in screaming at him at the counter to give me a room. I stayed once before it was less dramatic prompting me to stay again, however this may have tipped me over the edge. Sometimes you get what you pay for.....

This is the worst motel you'll ever stay at they're very rude they scream at you like dogs talk to you inappropriate very unprofessional they don't have a pool they lie and say they have a pool their ice machine they have a note on their door saying that it is between room number 38 and 39 which is 300 ft through like the woods to another motel behind you and when you finally get to it don't send your wife alone to get ice please the ice machine is broke that's not worked in years you can tell the soda machine next to it has been beat with a hammer their bed was broken and then they accused us of breaking the bed they quoted us 350 a week charged our credit card $507 and then charged us to cancel $100 I wouldn't stay there for free

This is a horrible place. I would of made my review sooner but my account with my CC company was in dispute and after 105 days, I lost the claim. So do not use AMEX to reserve hotel rooms b/c they do not care either, if the room is pathetic, disgusting, dirty and in an unsafe place in Ocala! The grounds are a junk yard. The room was dirty, stained, repairs were pasted together with spackle. The spackle container was left in the room actually, the shower was filthy and there is no morning breakfast. This place was so shady, do not fall for the prices or the pictures on this website, they are FAKE. That place looks nothing like its advertised. Magneson Hotel chain takes no responsibility for their partner hotels. This was the main reason I booked because I know the Magneson Brand and I was happy with them in Tampa. Any way, the manager will not work with you. The steal your money and when you try to leave they refuse to cancel your reservation. *********** and Trip Advisor were no help either. I am sorry but between all three of these companies and the compliant was reported within in 15 minutes of check in, one of them should of just charged back the funds and Magneson should remove their name from this partner. You best to just pay a few bucks more and stay in a better place NORTH of this place - go further North above 45th and so on. Go to a Holiday Inn or another chain. Good Luck in your search, but stay away from here!
