Being the very definition of marketing deception, this very expensive ( 265 Euros/ two nights, 3 weeks in advance payment) and bad hotel is presented online as follows : “ boasts two indoor pools,... soundproofed rooms..., superb restaurant “. Alas, the onsite experience was completely different, in the worst possible way. First, the big indoor pool ( the only one where swimming is possible), and its entire area ( jacuzzi, armchairs) were closed, without notifying in advance, or, at least, at check- in, or adjusting the price. Secondly, the rooms at the second floor, like ours, make the night rest/ sleep impossible, given the very loud music and vibrations from the “superb hotel restaurant” Tirol, literally shaking the walls ( even after 23.30, when it was supposed to be closed). Another “ bonus”- the startling, very disturbing and loud fireworks, just across, very near, practically in front of the hotel, at the same late hour. Though we made complaints ( via mail and at the reception), the manager never apologized. Instead, somebody adressed only the pool issue, writing that no compensation will be given,..., “it was an emergency“, but the hotel staff told us otherwise, that it was a maintenance periodically process. So, if you want to throw away your money, while being cheated, disrespected, ignored, not able to sleep, you could consider this horrible place.
