It was an amazing night, i was able to rest well as they always maintain their rooms clean and comfortable. Staff were great and helpful

Amazing staycation here in SG with you Mercure Hotel. The cleanliness and good services with your staff, especially the receptionist staffs damn so accommodating and very well considerate to all the customers, they offer us a snacks while staying in the lobby for some instances with my partner, they’ve a rapor to their customer. Highly recommended this hotel. Surely, we will be back here in SG I’ll choose this hotel again. Keep it up! Good Services at its finest services. ＜3

The room had a very bad smell when I entered, I complained and housekeeping put a negative ion device in my room and told me to put it out in the corridor after 30 min. After I put device outside my room, went out for meeting, when I returned at 11pm, device was still outside of my room.

沒什麼服務，環境可以， 2號地鐵站口近，巴士站也近，靠近orchard 路， 坐巴士190，2-3站（5分鐘內）就有商場。

good choice but abit expensive

房間有點小，衞生還不錯
