千萬不要來這家！！欺負華人 服務極差 傲慢 無禮！ 1️⃣巨小設計超級不合理！ 下床就是廁所！！進門就是床！！行李箱根本打不開，要是打開大門就無法進出！！ 2️⃣強制扣按金！！！新加坡住了很多酒店、沒有一家收按金的！我們表示按金現金差個100人民幣左右，一個娘們唧唧的經理一定要我們去現取！！！ 不然辦理不了！上述行為根本不存在友好服務！ 3️⃣本來我們的訂單因為同行朋友生病了 想要取消一間 上傳了病歷證明！結果別的酒店同意了退費了，衹有這家強制要扣我們費用！！！ 一點不通情達理！強制1000多 4️⃣找毛病 扣按金 因為給了按金 最後結束還查房 硬説我弄壞一個杯子的把手。明知道我們趕飛機！ 我們懶得扯説 多少錢？結果説25新幣=175人民幣 要發票還不給 大致被他自己吞了 噁心樣！真的避雷避雷！！千萬你去他家！ 隔壁美居很好很好！！！ 娘們唧唧經理Fake smile 🤮 Do not go to this hotel!! The service is extremely bad, arrogant and rude! 1️⃣ The design is extremely small and unreasonable! The toilet is right next to the bed! You can't open your suitcase without opening the door, and you can't get in or out if you do! 2️⃣ They force you to pay a deposit!!! I have stayed in many hotels in Singapore and none of them ask for a deposit! We said we were short by about 100 RMB in cash, but a female manager insisted that we go and get it! Otherwise, we couldn't check in! Such behavior is not friendly service at all! 3️⃣ Our order was for two rooms, but because a friend was sick, we wanted to cancel one. We uploaded the medical certificate! Other hotels agreed to refund, but only this one insisted on charging us! Not at all understanding! Forced to pay over 1000! 4️⃣ Looking for faults to deduct the deposit Because we gave a deposit, they still did a room check at the end and insisted that we broke the handle of a cup. They knew we were in a hurry to catch a flight! We didn't bother arguing about the price. They said it was 25 Singapore dollars = 175 RMB. They wouldn't give an invoice and just kept the money themselves. Disgusting! Really avoid this place!! Don't go there! The hotel next door, Mercure, is very good! The female manager has a fake smile and is disgusting.

酒店位置不錯，離maxwell地鐵站步行10分鐘，附近有亞坤、海南雞飯等不少美食。唯一就是房間實在太小了，開門就是床，房間裏甚至一張凳子都沒有。

2個月前來過一次新加坡，就住的他家酒店，因為酒店很新，感覺比較乾淨，這一次再來新加坡就直接又定了他家的酒店，衹有一個價格更貴的複式套間了，那個上樓的樓梯是鐵的，又硬又窄，很小心上樓了還要被撞好幾次，兩個膝蓋都撞的淤青，一次太差的體驗了

房間有些過於小，是真的太小了，行李箱大一些應該都打不開，並且房間沒有桌椅，在房間裏沒有辦法辦公之類的，空調是對着人吹的、並且感覺空調需要清潔的、見圖；然後鄰街的房間很炒、建議住庭院裏麪，所有房間的窗無法打開；另外枕頭上一點血跡還是啥的； 優點是staff都很nice、交通比較方便、附近好吃的不少

位置可以，步行距離有很多吃飯的地方，街道也很漂亮，小樓很有情調，有看到很多人拍照。 但是，房間確實很小，我覺得最多適合一個人住，兩個人住會很擠，行李箱也需要塞到床下的位置，沒有其他地方放。確實像其他評論所説，很多活動都需要坐在床上進行。 另外有一點噪音問題，地鐵應該是穿過整個街道了，每隔幾分鐘就能聽到很清晰的地鐵呼嘯而過的聲音，睡眠淺的人可能需要注意。 總之，位置很好，很方便，適合遊客到處走走，但房間小且噪音不可避免，介意的人可能需要慎重考慮一下。

酒店位置方便，雖然房間很小，但應有盡有，有冰箱熱水煲，床下可以存放行李，職員很nice，服務很好！！
