Upon check in we realised that the apartment was configured with 3 kings beds instead of 2 king and one twin room as booked on Wotif. When I went to reception I was advised that we had booked as 3 kings so I showed my wotif booking, the receptionist also claimed that a phone call had been made to confirm but I hadn’t answered. I showed her the call history on my phone which clearly showed I hadn’t received a phone call. The receptionist was great with handling the issue and offered to come and fix the bedding configuration but as she was the only one on reception I requested linen and we changed the configuration and made the beds. As an apology we were given some complimentary wine. As we set the room up on a 35 degree day it was apparent there was only aircon in the master bedroom, the other 2 rooms had pedestal fans in the wardrobes to be used. The fan in one room stopped working so I had to go back to reception to get a replacement fan. The fan in the 3rd bedroom was also broken at the back of the fan.
When it came to showering there was no hot water both in the morning and evening. For the money spent for the apartment overall we were left with a sour taste in our mouths.

Having stayed in many Quest’s over the years mostly for work this seemed like a logical location for a 3 day Singleton stay. Arriving at 10:30pm the 24 hour reception was not open and instructions left to access keys by entering my phone number into a drop box. Attempted and failed. Rang the out of hours number and after waking up the person was told they didn’t have my number despite it being on the booking. Potentially sending a message via the booking system prior to my arrival would have been more logical. Moving forward got into the room and tried to get some much needed sleep. The bed however had other ideas. This was hardest bed I’ve ever slept on in my life. After traveling extensively through Asia where hard beds are the norm this was a new level. To the extend that on the second night my wife slept on the couch. When speaking to reception the most i got was a “oh thats not good” This was so bad we actually checked out a day early and checked into another hotel at additional cost. We were told by reception that the manager would contact us around the feedback and the loss of a night yet we have yet to hear anything. Without doubt a terrible experience and one I would not want anyone to to through. Please explore your options elsewhere.

We had to find a place for me, my husband and our kid's to stay nearby my brother in law's house and this place was very inconvenient. Very clean, close to pretty much everything and also it is right opposite to the swimming pools. We had a good time and very quiet.

We found the unit very clean and a good size and a well-equipped kitchen. Reception Staff very helpful. Although the walk-in price was considerably more expensive than booking online, but the helpful staff matched the price for us. We have no qualms with staying again.

As a frequent flyer to this property (2 weeks out of every 3), I always find the staff happy to help. They even store my work gear for me in between trips which makes travelling to / from home so much easier!

everything we needed was available, love how it had 2 bathrooms so we could have our own and even a tv and aircon in the room . Very clean we had coffee and tea ,sugar and milk provided in the room would definitely use this for business again
