酒店就在湖邊，酒店規模挺大的，衞生間上一位住客的垃圾忘了清潔清理了。

Das Hotel ist ein alter Betonklotz mit wenig Ambiance. Frühstücksraum nüchtern und sehr laut. Das Zimmer war zwar renoviert, leider kein Kleiderschrank, nur offene Regale. Im Badezimmer null Ablagefläche. Kein deutscher Sender im TV. Personal recht freundlich und die Nähe zum See ist super!!

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Posizione strategica in zona tranquillissima vicina al lago. Colazione più che dignitosa. Camere totalmente rinnovate e molto ampie. Pulito. Vicino al lago, vista lago, grande piscina. Ideale per tutte le esigenze. Se torno a Sirmione ci torno sicuramente. Personale cordiale e disponibile.

Io e la mia famiglia dopo essere già stati in questo meraviglioso hotel abbiamo deciso di ritornarci visto la passata esperienza positiva Dobbiamo dire senza ombra di dubbio che un albergo così non sempre si trova Abbiamo passato giornate bellissime soprattutto per la simpatia dello staff e per tutti i confort a nostra disposizione, di cui una stupenda piscina e di tutto quello che la circonda Ad un passo dal bellissimo lago e due passi dal centro di Sirmione raggiungibile benissimo a piedi o con le biciclette offerte dall'albergo camere molto belle e pulite come del resto tutto quanto, avevamo detto in precedenza che saremmo tornati e l'abbiamo fatto, consigliamo chiunque a passare una piacevole vacanza in questo splendido hotel. Abbiamo trascorso qui una notte totalmente improvvisata, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Gentilezza dello staff colazione super abbondante, stanze molto spaziose e pulite .letti un po’ rigidi per il materasso dipende un po’ da come si è abituati a dormire. Per il resto ottima esperienza

โรงแรมนี้บรรยากาศโดยรวมดี ห้องพักกว้าง เตียงนอนได้มาตรฐาน,สะอาด ระเบียงก็ใหญ่ อีกทั้งมีสระว่ายน้ำขนาดใหญ่พร้อมเตียงนอนอาบแดด ในส่วน อาหารเช้าอร่อยปานกลาง , ครัวซองรสชาติหวานจัด,ผลไม้สดอร่อยมากๆโดยเฉพาะลูกพลัมสดคือดีงามสุดๆ ทางขึ้นลิฟต์ต้องปรับปรุง เพราะช่องกดลิฟต์เสีย คือกดได้แต่ต้องแตะเข้าไปลึกๆไฟบอกชั้นไม่โชว์ แล้วยังบอกทุกชั้นคือชั้นสอง แบบนี้แขกที่พักจะ"งง" ซึ่งนี่ไม่ใช่สิ่งเล็กน้อยที่เจ้าของโรงแรมจะมองข้ามควรต้องใส่ใจและทำการแก้ไขซ่อมแซมหรือเปลี่ยนใหม่ พนักงานบริการดี สิ่งใดดีก็บอกดี สิ่งไหนควรปรับปรุงแก้ไขก็พูดตามจริง ตามหน้างานที่เข้าพักครับ

Ho soggiornato 4 giorni con mio marito e mia figlia. Camere spaziose, ristrutturate e silenziose. Personale molto gentile che in pochi minuti al check in ti da tutte le informazioni necessarie cosa che negli altri posti non succede mai. Colazione abbondante e variegata. Piscina molto pulita e tranquilla. A pochi minuti dall'hotel è presente una navetta che porta a sirmione. A pochi passi C'è il lago con la spiaggia e sono presenti dei ristoranti. Torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per due notti per fare tappa alle qc terme e sirmione. Stanza molto spaziosa e pulita, il bagno bellissimooooo Colazione semplice ma completa di tutto, dal Dolce al salato. Personale gentile è sempre presente! Consigliato!

Stayed here 5 days location not great nothing much around the hotel walk to bus stop which is far then take bus to old town so nothing walking distance also taxis are hard to get at weekends and not cheap so felt stuck here there is a small not so clean beach shack few mins away which was pretty crowded and really not great the hotel is basic no kettle in room nothing really breakfast is basic the nearest train station is quite far Uber cost us around 30 euros and took ages to come so time wasted the reception staff ignores when you need info they seem busy or just not bothered whenever we asked about travel etc they were negative and not helpful kept saying no taxis no buses this is far etc so we kind of found stuff out ourselves one night we were staving it was late they said nothing around later we discovered a place which was open till late so staff is unhelpful or they don’t really know we managed to find our own excursions and did stuff but this area had nothing to offer even getting taxis was a mission the rooms are ok cleaning staff are great they really do a good job and are helpful the night manager an elderly guy was kind too but the day staff tried to sell us an upgrade for a room with not much lake view which we declined the beds are very hard shower is good the pool is good and clean it’s a basic hotel ok but staff need to be more helpful disappointed with location

It was a pure pleasure to have stayed at Hotel Residence, really! We have chosen Sirmione as our wedding destination and Hotel Residence was the perfect place to host our wedding guests. The rooms are beautiful, clean and look better than on the photos. The staff is super friendly and very very helpful - both the reception and the cleaning ladies. Animals are welcome in this hotel, so this was a huge plus for us as we stayed with our dog and cat. There is a nice beach nearby around three minutes walk from the hotel. We highly recommend Hotel Residence! Surely we will be back!

We stayed at the hotel for a week in July and we were delighted with the location, facilities and helpfulness of the staff. Rooms were spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed for our stay we were disappointed we couldn’t stay longer. It’s an ideal location for families and those wanting a quiet location within walking distance to shops and an easy bus ride to the old town. The pool area was fantastic and breakfast was perfect with a good variety to keep everyone happy. We were there during a heavy hailstorm (unusual for the time of year) but the staff couldn’t do enough for their guests that night and the following morning despite damage to the hotel. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Residence Holiday which is located within a short walking distance to the lake! Even better, there is a really chill lake bar for drinks & eats next to where people gather on blankets to watch the sun set...just gorgeous! The facilities are great. Our room was spacious and the A/C worked well. We liked having a balcony. Our room was equipped with a kitchenette -a sink, a refrigerator, and a stove top along wirh essential cooking & eating utensils. I brought my own blow dryer as there was not one in the room. The front desk staff was very helpful and provided great service! Thank you Valentina for all of the information!! The pool area was also a fantastic addition to the property. It was my main reason for booking here. It did not disappoint! Two thumbs up!!

It bas been couple of years that we are coming to the Hotel Résidence Holiday but it was the first Time in one of the DEluxe two rooms apartment and it was a great suprise. It was beautiful, clean and well furnished and organized. Entering to the living room you feel like at home. Huge sliding windows so that you can enjoy the sun all day. Fully equiped kithen, extremly comfortable beds and a big bathroom. All you need for a super stay. And I did not mention yet the 2 large balcony, one with an overview to the lake and the other one with a plesent scene of the swiming pool. I loved the enormous bed room which had planty of Space to arrange your dresses. Overall the accommodation was fabulous and the location was excellent.
