Very bad, terrible dirty hotel. It is not even 1/2 star no star at all. They don’t clean the rooms they only remove the trash. Bad service. If you are planing to go get your own towels and bed sheets. Make sure to remove theirs and check the mattress.

The first minus is a parking. There is a parking for guests, but when we first arrived it was full. What was even worse was that the parking was covered in snow and ice. You would expect that the hotel staff would clean it so their guests’ first experience upon arrival is not struggling to drive on ice, but no. Second is breakfast. First thing many people want in the morning is to drink coffee. However, their coffee machine ran out of coffee beans and it was producing an awful light-brown liquid. Even after I complained they were very slow to resolve the issue, so in the we had to go to nearby cafe to drink coffee. Positive things is their spa. It is decent, even though two of their saunas were not in function. Room was spacious and clean and bed is comfortable. For somebody who skiis or has children that enjoy winter activities, this hotel is ok since it’s close to the ski slope. 2.5/5

We visited the restaurant to have a quick meal after skiing. We waited about 20 minutes to get a menu and then after 15 minutes of waiting for a waiter to take our order we left the restaurant. And the restaurant was half empty, 4 or 5 tables were taken. Terrible service.
