非常好的一間酒店,(就是不知道為什麼今年土耳其賓館價格奇貴無比)。位置在一個比較高檔的購物街,安全方便。早餐豐富。房間比較大,還有浴缸。送的果盤和甜品也是真材實料。

水療前台居然連顧客訊息服務表都不提供,女服務員隨意進入男更衣室,深層組織按摩完全就是塗抹按摩油在身體……給他們提意見,還説我下次再去的時候可以提出這樣的要求。 餐廳服務員放下餐牌後,十分鐘不見人……然而衹發現他們在聊天和玩手機,並不是忙服務其他客人…… St. Regis 的服務就是如此的“優秀”!

迄今為止我訪問過的所有瑞吉酒店中服務最好的。工作人員的服務水準一流,注重每一個細節,服務品質也是一流的。美麗寬敞的房間。很棒的土耳其式早餐,很棒的水療中心(價格非常合理)。總的來說,我給他們 10/10。特別感謝 Mustafa Demirbas 的關注和專業。

I recommend you to follow up the check in process and in particular the way they use your credit card number as what happened is a serious breach of confidentiality and bank account risk exposure : 1. During check in on nov 3, 8 pm, the woman in front office used our credit card number for a pre authorization (200 usd) 2. Once in the room, we got a call from front office to get our credit card number (mr MERT) which is really not acceptable and a serious breach of confidentiality and security, considering that he didn’t do our check in, 3. By the end, my bank account have been debited 2 times, without my approval for a total of 560 usd (stay prepaid 2 nights), Considering this situation, the pre authorization have not been applied, confidentiality breached and when I claimed, all explanations were not accurate and unprofessional. Mr MERT was looking to his computed and laughing, even if a duty manager was trying to solve the issue. I consider that this is misconducting behavior, below any st regis standards and a serious breach of personal data and personal bank account details. These values are fare below ST REGIS standards and I expect clear explanations from the management, not from unprofessional people at the front office whom I consider responsible as the hôtel if any bank account risks occur on the next periods.

A real luxury hotel. You may strongly feel that luxury feeling in this property. The staff is quite professional, architecture is unique it is combined modern luxury and classic, the lobby is not like ordinary hotel lobby its more like home, the location is the best in Istanbul. In the middile of a big city the hotel is facing to a park and you may enjoy the park view with bosphorus on the left. We enjoyed the view in the morning with our coffee and it was extremely unique. The hotel is strongly recommended. If you like that luxury hospitality, this is the best address.

- what makes any property a St regis property is the regisness you experience from the property and teams. Unfortunately zero regisness at this St regis property. The property is below average and will strongly recommend to go with Westin which has much better location, aesthetics, views ( they only give the Bosphorus view to ultra HNIs irrespective of their bonvoy tiers) and gazillion times better service. - they sold us room at 350 euros (off season!) a night on a clear upgrade understanding on which 3 nights extendible to 4 nights were booked. On checking in next day everything was revoked and we were told that the booking was subject to availability and hence could not be honoured!! We were shocked. At 350 euros a nightmare off season rate we were denied an upgrade (while both guests in same room had tier) and the team tried passing on a single upgrade as a triple upgrade. The best effort was their claim that all upgradable rooms were sold out and then a call from their GM later who said that it was wrongly communicated and was available for 600 euros a night (room with a view!!) - the bonvoy tiers have zero value in this property. They do not get you any upgrade to rooms or better views or breakfast. In our case we had one platinum and silver elite with an important celebration and they did not upgrade ( even though this was a pre understanding while booking) - we had an exceedingly poor experience with our hotel manager who barged into our breakfast and started shouting. We tried speaking to the manager but she was not available for over 1 entire day till we put our foot down to speak to them across 4 different people. The manager had ZERO hospitality experience and that clearly percolated down to their teams - location is high street Istanbul with average eateries in close proximity. Will not recommend it - no use of their much reviewed butler service except for your morning coffee ( also available in your room and in buffet). - overall the property is one of the worst St regis property we have stayed in. Having stayed in 11 st regis properties globally we well understand the format and service and found both wanting in this property. - they have now been without key management since a while and their team lacks exp on dealing with guests in a hospitable way. After the terrible three days (paid in advance) we decided to avoid the team completely after our chat with their manager and senior/general manager. It was v difficult to deal with them after this exp and we met other ambassador elite during our stay with exactly the same exp - breakfast spread is ok nothing on the regis side again. I used to think that St.Regis Istanbul was one of the best StR anywhere in the world, possibly top 10. Over time the daily room rates have been trending up so I have become less and less interested in paying cash because the value was becoming more questionable. It is not rare nowadays that rates are above 700 EUR, and even in the winter it’s not below 500 EUR which seems to be the new floor. So whenever I wanted to stay at StR I have recently been using points instead. Part of the mismatch between cash and points is that especially since the Russian-Ukraine war, St.Regis hosts a lot of wealthy visitors from those countries who are quite price insensitive which has pushed cash rates up, and I guess those people do not care much about Bonvoy points or the loyalty program. On top of that, I find that service levels at StR have gone down. There have been many high ranking departures from the hotel and now I feel more like a no-name despite being a returning Ambassador Elite guest. I cannot say that it’s illogical on the hotel’s behalf: they probably treat guests splurging cash at their hotel better than someone who is evaluating the value of what the hotel provides including elite benefits, compared to other hotels in the city. Moving on to specific incidents during our stay. One night at 2am power went out and soon after the secondary power activated and lights in our room turned on, along with the TV. It took us quite a while to fall back asleep after that, not to mention that wifi was down for many hours after this incident. When I mentioned it to the hotel they simply shrugged shoulders “it’s not our fault” – well the power outage was not their fault, but if lights and TVs turn on in the entire hotel when power goes out, that is entirely based on the hotel’s own design so I was not impressed by the response. We could not sleep well for many hours and finally woke up at 10am and were we about to miss breakfast. I rushed to the restaurant to ask if I could get take away to bring to the room and luckily I met a butler in the elevator. She offered even better: I can go back to the room and order room service. Nice gesture. However when she brought the order there were missing items and she said she would come back. When she came back she brought stuff we had not ordered and some items were still missing. The butler argued that what I ordered did not include such items and I had to show the menu to prove it did. By then the butler was clearly not happy (because I was being a picky client?), while in my opinion they were simply failing to bring what I requested (twice) so there was no meeting of the minds about the situation. The next day: again they missed some items but we had a flight to catch so I just shut up. Anyway with service levels going down, my stays have become more sp****, and after my latest stay I need to reconsider staying at all.
