Das Hotel erlaubt den Aufenthalt mit Hunden. Nicht in Ordnung aber ist es, dass man den Tieren gestattet, am Hotelstrand und öffentlichen Strand ihren Auslauf zu tätigen, zumal das in Griechenland nicht gerne gesehen wird. Das Hotel hat ansonsten eine sehr schöne Lage. Wenn auch eine einsame Lage. Schade, dass man nicht mehr investiert

Hôtel mal entretenu, trop cher pour ce que c est.. le petit déjeuner était de mauvaise qualité. Dans les chambres ils avaient oublié de mettre des draps et la Clim ne marchait pas.. La plage est jolie, le personnel à la piscine était gentil. Je ne le recommande pas

Επισκέφτηκα το 2022 αλλά και φέτος το εν λόγω ξενοδοχείο ως εξωτερικός πελάτης τουλάχιστον 3 φορές κάθε έτος από τα δύο, καθαρά για την παραλία, οπότε δεν θα γράψω για δωμάτια και παροχές. Θα αναφερθώ σε ένα συμβάν που δεν μου άρεσε καθόλου. Πάντα πληρώναμε τον καφέ μας και μόνο αυτόν χωρίς να μας ζητηθεί κάποιο άλλο αντίτιμο. Ήρθαμε σήμερα με την κοπέλα μου (και μια φίλη της αυτή τη φορά) ως συνήθως για μπάνιο. Πριν καθίσουμε, μας ρώτησε ένας υπάλληλος (ένας νεαρός που τον βλέπω συνήθως στο μπαρ, μικρος ηλικιακα) αν ήμασταν εξωτερικοί - μάλιστα ήταν η πρώτη φορά που μας ρωτούσαν κάτι τέτοιο, είτε πέρυσι είτε φέτος. Απαντήσαμε ναι. Μας ενημέρωσε ότι η χρέωση της ομπρέλας είναι 20€ τα δύο άτομα με δύο καφέδες και νερό. Τον ρώτησα αν είναι εξαίρεση για σαββατοκύριακο καθότι ήταν Κυριακή. Μου λέει όχι πάντα έτσι είναι. Του λέω ότι τόσες φορές έχω έρθει και δεν μου είπε ποτέ κανείς για χρέωση ομπρέλας. Κ μου λέει μάλλον δεν θα σας κατάλαβαν. Εν τω μεταξύ συμπτωματικά όσες φορές ήρθα και μου πήραν παραγγελία, σε αυτόν πλήρωσα. Σίγουρα μας θυμάται και μας έχει προσέξει. Το κυρίως πρόβλημα δεν είναι αυτό όμως, αν και η ελλιπής ή η εκ των υστέρων ενημέρωση είναι λάθος. Αλλά άντε πες ότι γίνονται και λάθη, δεκτό. Την ώρα που μας άφησε να σκεφτούμε την απόφαση μας και περπάτησε λίγα μέτρα, συνομίλησε με κάποιον, δεν ξέρω σε ποιον, δεν κοιτούσα εκείνη την ώρα, και είπε "άμα δεν θέλουνε δεν τους κρατάμε", μάλλον πιστεύοντας ότι δεν τον ακούγαμε. Εκείνη την ώρα όμως γύρισα το κεφάλι και κοιτούσε στο μέρος μας. Άρα προφανώς σε εμάς απευθυνόταν το σχόλιο. Και εν τέλει αυτός και μόνο αυτός ήταν ο λόγος που αποφασίσαμε να φύγουμε. Αντί να μας πει κάτι να το σώσει λίγο του στυλ "χίλια συγγνώμη , έγινε μπέρδεμα, δεν είχαμε καταλάβει ότι είστε εξωτερικοί, δικό μας λάθος, αλλά τέλος πάντων υπάρχει η τάδε χρέωση να ξέρετε από εδώ και πέρα", μας ειρωνεύτηκε. Δεν έχουμε δώσει δικαιώματα για τέτοια σχόλια με τη συμπεριφορά μας και στο κάτω κάτω η ευθύνη της σωστής ενημέρωσης βαραίνει αυτούς και όχι τον πελάτη. Ο πελάτης ενημερώνεται εξαρχής και αναλόγως μένει ή φεύγει. Δεν μας ρώτησαν ποτέ αν ήμασταν εξωτερικοί όσες φορές ήρθαμε, δεν μας είπαν ποτέ για κάποια χρέωση, απλώς πηγαίναμε , πληρώναμε την παραγγελία μας και τέλος. Δεν είμαστε υποχρεωμένοι να ξέρουμε εκ των προτέρων την πολιτική των επιχειρήσεων, αν δεν μας την εξηγήσουν επαρκώς οι ίδιοι οι υπάλληλοι. Χαλαστήκαμε πολύ από το γελοίο σχόλιο αυτό, φυσικά φέτος δεν θα ξαναπάμε και για του χρόνου θα το σκεφτούμε πολύ σοβαρά. Τέτοιοι υπάλληλοι διώχνουν τους πελάτες. Ελπίζω να δει την κριτική κάποιος υπεύθυνος και αν μη τι άλλο να εξηγήσει στον άνθρωπο ότι τέτοια συμπεριφορά δεν επιτρέπεται σε καμμία περίπτωση, πολλώ δε μάλλον όταν ο πελάτης δεν έχει συμπεριφερθεί άσχημα. Αυτά τα έστω λίγα 5-10-20€ που έδινα κάθε φορά για καφέ, σάντουιτς κλπ προτιμώ να τα δώσω εφεξής αλλού, κάπου που δεν θα με σχολιάζουν, ας πληρώνω και τα τριπλάσια ευρώ. Λυπάμαι πάρα πολύ. Τα τρία αστέρια τα έβαλα καθαρά και μόνο γιατί κατά τα άλλα

Bel villaggio, situato su un tratto di mare cristallino e con una grande spiaggia tutta per te. Camera pulita e giardino curato ma...la puzza che saliva dagli scarichi ci ha letteralmente nauseato. Colazione e cena troppo distanti dai gusti italiani, alla colazione mancava la parte dolce, per cena bisognava accontentarsi , anche perché fuori dal villaggio c'era il nulla. Animazione completamente assente.

Architecturally beautifully designed with lots of flowers and trees. The rooms are spacious, with large terraces. The bathroom should be renovated. The food is tasty but not a huge selection, maybe because it's pre-season, but that's what you get from a 3 star hotel. The staff with manager Yorgos is hard working and friendly. The sandy beach with a gentle entrance to the sea has a large number of sunbeds and umbrellas for every guest. All in all I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a real vacation without too much action.

This hotel is... shall we say... rather interesting. First, the location is fantastic and beach is beautiful. The grounds are very nice, and staff were friendly. However, while it appears some updates have been done, the rooms are not really up to par -- nothing huge, but a lot of little annoyances or things that are just odd. The included dinner was okay, though not on par with most of the other places we stayed in Greece. My traveling companion is from the US and lives in Romania -- apparently this hotel is very much an older Eastern European style of resort which is popular with the older generations from that part of the continent. For US or western European tourists, I would not recommend staying here as the experience isn't really geared to our expectations.

The rooms are very dirty and stinky. It's beyond just dirty. The pool is green, every furniture is so old, dirt and gross, that you can’t sit or sleep. The bathroom was nightmare- really stinky with dirt. The towels,the mattresses and the sheets in the room were gross. NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE. DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL.

First of all, we were been here 4 years ago and we have chosen to return in this hotel because we liked this place (beach and sea), but returning in this year was very big mistake. If serious conditions in rooms are terrible, no any reparations since foundation, fridge woks like perforator it's impossible to sleep when it works, bathroom is extremely awfully with lack of shampoos soup or other stuff. Secondly, the conditions of food, it's impossible to eat it. Moreover when you are going to eat you have to deal with a lot of flies in restaurant and with rotten vegetables and 2 types of food without taste as on breakfast as on diner. Also, prices for drinks ( water, cola, coffee and other) are overpriced for many times. All in all this hotel had become terrible and i can strongly affirm that i will never came there again and suggest you to don’t try it and choose another one. Also one of very important thing that i had written a comment on booking about all problems that i mentioned in this review but my comment was replaced with absolutely apposite words.

I had been here years ago and thought it would be pleasant to return. However, it was a hugely letting-down experience with unreliable customer service. I had proceeded with a booking over the phone, where the type of the room, the respective dates and the price was agreed. The motive was that paying them directly (even though with the prices quoted online) I could help a medium business to avoid unnecessary fees, even though I had no direct benefit myself. Huge mistake. I did not receive any written confirmation, so I proceeded with calling 3 times in a period of 10 days, and I was invariably told to not worry at all and that the booking is safe and guaranteed. After 2 weeks of the initial phone call, I eventually received the confirmation in writing: the initially just over €900 reservation for 4 nights was increased to just below €1300. When I called to (naively) question whether there was a mistake, I was dismissed with “we never agreed anything”. Obviously they chose to increase their prices once they reached closer to the reservation dates by not honouring already made bookings. Needless to say, I am never returning to that hotel again and, unfortunately, I will be sharing my experience with anyone I know who is planning to visit Chalkidiki for them to avoid similar treatment by this establishment. This hotel’s attitude is damaging the tourism sector, decreases any transactional trust, and leaves customers with little choice than going through intermediates and not bring any business directly to them. However, I thank them for the lesson learnt, albeit the hard way: one has to toughen up, look after personal interests only, and be less caring for smaller businesses by going through intermediaries, to which the businesses have to pay additional fees.

The hotel has been recently taken over by the new Manager, George. It is a beautiful hotel right on the long sandy/pebbly beach. The sand is full of silver glitter and looks so pretty. The hotel is surrounded by palm trees, roses, flowers and is very well maintained and clean. The food is incredible, with lots of choice, thanks to the brilliant chef Kostas. We went Half Board and my only criticism is that you have to pay for drinks with your evening meal, even water or juice. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and it takes 90 minutes to get there from Thessaloniki Airport. However, it is definitely worth it. We wish the hotel every success for the future.

PLEASE DONT GO THERE. We made a mistake last year, the owners were so rude, the place is kept so bad, the female owner and older lady was yelling and screaming at a familly infront of us, this hotel is hell.

After 20 years of travelling through beautiful Greece, we found the Worst hotel ever. We liked the location, had no other options due to a late booking, and gave it a shot. What a mistake. And where should we start: dirty glasses, a kitchen as you can see in a photo the way it's maintained (dirty underneath the plates with food), flies in your eggs, a hotel owner who Literally yells at her guests, refrigerator has been changed 4 times in order to get a good night sleep, old old furniture that falls apart, unhappy guests at the reception, cleaners who simply forget to come to clean...and so on and so on. The swimming pool, don't let your kids in, if by any means you make a mistake and book this hotel as we did, as it was green and dirty for 5 days since we got there. The room we paid for - we got it 3 days later, for 250e per day, you can find amazing places, with amazing people, clean and well-kept, happy places, this is The hotel to AVOID.
