Très bon accueil, le personnel est au petits soins de leurs clients, nous avons passés un très bon séjours dans cet hôtel. La piscine est très jolie et surtout entretenue tous les jours. Le services à table parfait, le choix du buffet est assez grand. Les chambres sont nettoyées tous les matins, par un personnel très professionnel. Le service au bar excellent, Manos (le barman) est très poli, gentil et on rigole bien avec lui. Nous vous recommandons le lieu avec grand plaisir, nous reviendrons un de ces jours. Si vous voulez passer de belles vacances, nous vous recommandons d'y poser vos valises.

Hotel con vista panoramica spettacolare ma ci sono diverse cose che non funzionano Le camere sono molto datate con odore di muffa e pulizia che lascia a desiderare,in 1 settimana non sono mai state cambiate le lenzuola , la TV dimenticatevela wifi invece funziona bene. La piscina piccolina ma carina peccato che alle 18 chiuda Il cibo con poco assortimento e sempre lo stesso Altra pecca è che le camere sono terrazzate e per ragguingere i livelli piu alti diventa complicato e faticoso condudera anche che non esiste il servizio di bagagli in camera. Il servizio bus è comodo e difronte all'hotel ma consiglio assolutamente la macchina.

Le stanze sono un disastro, sono rimaste agli anni 80, vecchie ed inadeguate, particolari imbarazzanti, manca il bidet, i condizionatori sono sporchi,, mai puliti, i letti sono bassi e vincolati alle pareti, scomodi, i bagni fatiscenti vecchi non ci sono stendino per la biancheria e non si possono avere, mancano ascensori, ci solo scale, e ripide salite nessuno ti accompagna alla stanza, con le valigie ti mandano verso l'ignoto,. La cucina è monotona ed i sapore, di bassa qualità, pur essendo all inclusive hanno regole tutte loro, per gli orarie non si possono fare lunch box se si esce la mattina per una gita.. O per fuggire alla monotonia... Nei dintorni non c'è nulla di bello bisogna fare decine di km al giorno e noleggiare un 'auto, necessariamente e non da loro, la spiaggia delll' albergo non presidiata e distante centinaia di metri in discesa e poi salita, è vuota ci sono alcuni lettini e nulla più

Les chambres reste vétuste mais on n’y vit pas Le buffet répétitif tous les jours la même chose à part un ou deux plats chauds qui varie. Le personnel ne parle pas du tout français, mais reste agréable Le service de chambre nettoyage ne sont pas réalisés tous les jours, obligé de demander à la réception de faire un effort. bref une semaine c’est pas mal deux semaines ce serait trop long

Bonjour, nous sommes arrivés le 10 mai 2023 à 23h50 un petit encas nous a été préparer. Nous avons été pris en charge par la responsable d'accueil ( FIONA) parlant le Français, suite a notre perte du téléphone, c'est mis en rapport avec toutes les personnes pour rechercher notre téléphone. Tous le personnel ( souriant, polit, aimable ) était discret mais présent à toutes nos demandes. Hôtel très propre aussi bien intérieur et extérieure. Excellent séjour avec notre petit chien. Nous retournerons avec plaisir.

Quelle mauvaise semaine ! Des lits à structure béton dans des chambres sans charme et une salle de bains hors d’âge Restauration morne sans saveur Petit déjeuner juste nécessaire à se remplir l’estomac Plage moche et difficilement accessible Bon courage pour une semaine d’escalade si votre chambre est loin de la réception Nous avons passé une semaine d’hôtellerie très décevante Heureusement l’île est très agréable Alors vite quittez l’hotel

Comment décrire ce séjour ? Une suite de désillusions :chambres tristounettes mal équipées restauration à revoir ( toujours les mêmes plats d’une cuisine insipide) disposition de l’hotel en différents niveaux d’ où une suite interminable d’escaliers ,personnel pas très motivé ( personnel de service du restaurant avachi sur le mobilier)plage (?)horrible à l'opposé d’une route à grande circulation, bar avec quasiment que de la bière. La liste n’est pas exhaustive et permet cependant de suggérer d’éviter cet établissement si vous voulez profiter au mieux de cette belle île

Qui sont les personnes flattant les services de cet établissement ? Le personnel certainement rien ne va :literie restauration insipide services cadre vite une autre adresse avec des photos non retouchées

Отель выбрали по отзывам и не ошиблись. И нам и нашим детям очень понравилось отдыхать в этом отеле. Все, что необходимо для удобства семьи- уют, внимание персонала, место расположения, все присутствует. Спасибо за чудесный отдых.

Отличный - тихий отель с прекрасным видом! Отель Хорошо подходит для творческого вдохновения)) Вкусно и разнообразно кормят, за неделю не разу не повторились. Отзывчивый и добрый персонал. В баре можно выпить качественный алкоголь (пиво, вино, раки и узо.) На следующее утро голова не болит Все очень понравилось и обязательно вернусь ещё) Отель Рекомендую!

Spędziliśmy w hotelu prawie 2 tygodnie w sierpniu i przez cały pobyt było fantastycznie. Ocena 11 na 10 :) Fajna atmosfera, hotel swoją architekturą przypominał Santorini. Na terenie było dużo kwiatów, zarówno w ogrodzie, jaki i w donicach. Z naszego pokoju mieliśmy widok na morze. Pokój fajny, duży, w greckim nastroju. Klimatyzacja działała bardzo sprawnie, a upały w sierpniu były wybitne. Codziennie było posprzątane, pachnąca pościel i czyste ręczniki. Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna, uśmiechnięta i pomocna. Przepyszne i urozmaicone jedzenie - jeszcze nigdzie nie jedliśmy tak smacznie na all inc. Może dlatego, że hotel jest przeznaczony dla osób dorosłych, to jedzenie było odpowiednio doprawione, a nie stołówkowe, jak jest zazwyczaj. Plaża z małą ilością osób, można się było zrelaksować i wyciszyć. Bliska odległość sprzyjała częstym wizytom na niej. Przystanek do miejscowości zarówno na zachód, jak i na wschód wyspy, jest zaraz przy hotelu. Odpoczęliśmy, pozwiedzaliśmy i wyjechaliśmy szczęśliwi. Jeszcze wrócimy do hotelu Scaleta Beach. We spent almost 2 weeks in the hotel in August and the whole stay was fantastic. Score 11 out of 10 :) Cool atmosphere, the architecture of the hotel resembled Santorini. There were lots of flowers in the grounds, both in the garden and in pots. We had a sea view from our room. Nice, large room, in a Greek mood. The air conditioning worked very well and the August heat was brilliant. It was cleaned every day, smelling sheets and clean towels. The service was very nice, smiling and helpful. Delicious and varied food - we have never eaten so delicious anywhere in all inc. Maybe because the hotel caters for adults, the food was seasoned properly, not the canteen as is usually the case. Beach with not lots of people, it was possible to relax and calm down. The close proximity favored frequent visits to it. A stop to both the west and east of the island is right in front of the hotel. We rested, went sightseeing and left happy. We will come back to the Scaleta Beach Hotel again.

la vista mozza il fiato , l hotel e’ contrornato ad una splendida vegetazione mediterranea e le cicale sono le dee della casa. Hotel semplice il personale cortese il cibo buono, l ambiente accogliente. Le camere spaziose , la posizione accanto al mare e vicinissimo alla bella rethymno. Lo consiglio a tutti!

An absolute nightmare, DO NOT STAY at this disgusting, filthy so called Hotel, on arrival my room and my friends room stunk of damp & mould, no fridge in the room and that’s because we had a sea view? food was inedible unless you was a fly, plenty of them enjoying the uncovered, unlabelled trays of crap even the English speaking receptionist told us others had left the week before due to the conditions of this dump, we was offered another room which was identical to what we all ready had, this must of made the hotel (🤣🤣🤣) feel like they have helped us, exposed electrical cables, Light’s without safety covers broken tiles in the bathroom. We ended up booking air bnb for the remaining 6 days. If you have already booked, 100% don’t go, get it changed Message to Scaleta: I have read your reply’s to other complaints saying “all the other guests enjoy their stay and only complain to get a free holiday”’ You couldn’t pay me to stay here, filth.

Do not book this hotel, the rooms were awful and staff are so rude and miserable. Me and my wife ended up paying to move next door for the last 2 nights of our 4 days away and that hotel was incredible. The all inclusive drinks are only beer wine ouzo and raki other than that you have to pay for.
