魯伯特王子市威信酒店(Prestige Oceanview Hotel Prince Rupert)

The hotel room we stayed in, the alarm on the door would not shut off. It was difficult to be comfortable. The front desk tried but couldn’t do anything about it. We had to wait for maintenance to come in the morning as we were leaving. I just had open chest surgery and need bed rest. It was terrible and because my boyfriend is very protective it was all he could do to keep calm. Very unpleasant. At the desk they couldn’t compensate me for the night because it was a third party reservation. This is the second time I had difficulty with a reservation gone wrong and both booked through *******. I was never compensated for the two days I lost on my vacation in February. As for this property I would like some sort of compensation

The Prestige Prince Rupert is a well-maintained older property. Staff were friendly and helpful. It's in good shape for its age. Not glamorous, and street presence is a bit poor/tired, but rooms were neat, clean and comfortable.

We stayed here twice on this trip. The second time was better. Room seemed cleaner although furniture and carpet need replacing. Bed was comfortable. And bathr has been re done. Towels and linens were nice. Front desk was very good. Breakfast is very limited and low quality.

The rooms are dated and have only two electrical outlets that all the room amenities are plugged into. Each lamp has a single outlet. Not a great set up for business application. Mattresses need to be upgraded. Pillows are to soft.

Close to several restaurants walking. Wasn’t confident it would be safe to walk alone. The suite room was a good upgrade and very affordable. Excellent breakfasts and open at 5am which we needed for ferry and excursions. Definately would stay again in the suite.

The staff is amazing! Made the stay very enjoyable! Teresa and Brandon were amazing at check in and check out! But really everyone so nice!

The rooms are clean and well maintained. They also have air-conditioning, which is a must when there is summer heat and humidity.

The hotel was very accommodating to a late night ferry arrival. A good base to explore Peince Rupert and the surrounding area.
