Such a beautiful little place with a beautiful view, the team were so welcoming and helpful. The bed was so comfy. Honestly will be booking here again

What can i say. Just returned from turkey and tinsel break. Was exceptional as ever. The staff were fabulous couldnt do enough for you. Was spotless. All meals were excellent and plentiful. Always come here wont go anywhere else unless theyre fully booked. Rooms always spacious and clean. Would highly reccomend to anyone julieann and lee. 110 %

The Hosts made you feel Special. The Breakfasts were The Best and The Cleanlinist was 100%. We came twice this year so looking forward to Next year Everything was only 5mins away.Fish and chip shops,Amusments and Pubs

1 Great location 2 Friendly hosts 3 Value for money 4 cleanliness 8 out of 10 Negatives 1 horrible view from window had lots of rubbish on gutter from the opposite hotel called the sun hotel which is full of immigrants. 2 had to close curtains again people looking in from the opposite hotel called the sun hotel. 3 North parade Sea hotel is a great hotel. My only major issue is the hotel next door called the sun hotel which is not the North parade hotel fault.

Great location, really friendly hosts. I was travelling alone and booked a single room but was upgraded to a double. Comfy bed and nice pillows and the sheets and towels were great. Although the room and bathroom were quite small, they were spotlessly clean. The bottles of water, tea and coffee facilities and biscuits in the room were a welcome addition. I can't comment on the breakfast as I didn't have it as part of my booking but it smelt lovely. The B&B is a 5 minute walk from the theatre. I will stay here again.

I stayed here for 2 night this bank holiday weekend. Check was easy. Parking round the back was no issue. We stayed in room 8 which is tiny but clean and equipped well enough with a balcony overlooking the sea. Breakfast was good and there is a bar with a decent pool table.

Accommodation was round the back next to the carpark. People coming & going all night. Car alarms going off & police sirens. Flat was below the bar so noise of people walking & furniture scraping. Outside staircase with csrpet fitters up & down all morning. Paid £320 for 2 nights but only stayed 1 as we had enough..very very disappointed
