Struttura accogliente e pulita, personale molto disponibile e gentile. Forniscono volentieri consigli su luoghi da visitare. Posizione suggestiva tra i monti del Peloponneso. Abbiamo anche cenato lì molto bene, la cucina è gestita dai proprietari stessi, anche la colazione con spremute di arancia e omelette realizzate sul momento.

Η διαμονή μας σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πραγματικά μια μοναδική εμπειρία!!! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!!! Καλόγουστοι χώροι, πανέμορφα δωμάτια, άνετα και ζεστά, άμεση εξυπηρέτηση! Τόσο η Νάντια όσο και ο Χρήστος μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε σαν το σπίτι μας (νόστιμο πρωινό, καλομαγειρεμένα τα πιάτα στο εστιατόριο, απεριόριστη πρόσβαση σε ξύλα για να κάψουμε στο τζάκι), πρόθυμοι και ευγενικοί για να σου εξασφαλίσουν μια άνετη, ονειρεμένη διαμονή! Η Νάντια ευγενική, ο, δε, Χρήστος με απίστευτο χιούμορ, εγκάρδιοι αμφότεροι σε έκαναν να νιώθεις πάρα πολύ άνετα, σαν το σπίτι σου! Πρέπει να σημειώσω ότι έφτιαξαν ακόμη και τούρτα γενεθλίων - έκπληξη στον σύζυγό μου και την έφεραν στο δωμάτιο με κεράκια, κλπ…Νάντια και Χρήστο ευχαριστούμε για όλα! Αποκτήσατε 2 καινούργιους φίλους, ανυπομονούμε να ξανάρθουμε στην ομορφη Βλαχοκερασιά!!!

This is a hidden gem! We could have stayed several days just sitting on the veranda and enjoying the views across the mountains. Nadia, the owner, is a jewel. Very accommodating and friendly. She’s also the cook…and a very good one! The rooms are all modern, clean, and inviting. Good wi-fi. You are at the very top of the mountain in a very rural area so there is no noise. We had the best night’s sleep of the trip! Getting there is an adventure in itself. Try to drive in from the east as the western approach ( which we did) is on narrow dirt switchbacks… but we made it and now have a tale to tell.

A lovely hotel in a beautiful part of the world. The rooms are spacious and very comfortably decorated in a very tranquil setting. The restaurant serves wonderful Greek food, freshly made by the amazing Nadia. Not only did she welcome at short notice, but she made us feel welcome and fed us delicious food from her restaurant. Highly recommend.

An expected gem of a hotel, in the mountains of the Peloponese! Near a charming village the hotel is set with a spectacular view of the surrounding valleys. With a sort of Lodge vibe, the rooms were large and very clean with all the modern amentities. Our hostess was pleasant and helpful.

We had an excellent experience at Foresta In Medias Mores! The owners Nandia and Christos were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, offering great insights into the local area and ensuring every aspect of my stay was perfect. The hotel is located in a stunning forest with sweeping mountain views and access to amazing hiking trails, making it a haven for nature lovers. Additionally, it is pet-friendly, which was a huge bonus for us as apart from my husband we had our two dogs with us We ate almost every day at their restaurant as the food was prepared with organic ingredients straight from their kitchen, and was absolutely delicious and a true reflection of the local culinary traditions. Highly recommended for anyone seeking authenticity, comfort, and natural beauty! Thank you once again!

My sister, friend, and I stayed at Foresta for a few days in June and we absolutely loved it. Each day you wake up with a breathtaking view of the Skiritida forest and the sound of cicadas. The hotel has strong wifi and many comfortable common areas both indoors and outdoors. It was a great way to relax and spend some quality time with my family. If you take away one thing from my review, let it be this: You will not find hosts more welcoming, kind, and helpful than Nadia and Chris. They are truly what made our stay amazing. I cannot recommend it enough. Thank you both for an amazing stay and making our visit to explore our greek roots so memorable. We will be back soon! Many well wishes from Los Angeles.

Quaint place for getting away from it all. The mountains reminded me of the Smokey Mountains. It was all green with a couple sprinklings of small villages out in the distance. That's it. All nature. Quiet. It's quite a large spread but with only 12 rooms. Everyone faces the mountains and has either a deck or patio to enjoy the outdoor scenery. There is a good spread of food for breakfast but you can also order other food. Dinners are laid back and never in a hurry. The cook will inform you what is available that, even though there is a menu. In the meantime, you can have a drink and enjoy the view while she prepares the meal. They'll let you know when it's ready. That's the kind of casual family owned business it is. I placed our reservation through ******* and it was hard to find. ******* only listed Vlachokerasia as the address which is actually the name of the village. You have to watch for signs posted on the buildings to find the hotel. Eventually you get on a one lane asphalt road and think you're heading out in country but then it pops up. We had to ask the locals for directions. Some boys biked to the road we needed to find. As we thanked them, one said, "We hope you like our little village." Yes, we did. We'll always remember that line. We'll always remember this hotel and village because it was so unique.

A Hidden Gem in Arcadia – Peaceful, Welcoming, and Unforgettable! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing stay at Foresta In Medias Mores. The location is absolutely stunning—tucked away in a peaceful forest with incredible views. Our room was cozy, spotless, and featured a lovely fireplace. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The restaurant was outstanding—every dish was fresh and full of local flavor. We especially enjoyed the hiking trail that starts right at the hotel. This is the perfect spot to unwind and reconnect with nature. Can’t wait to come back—highly recommended!

"I led a painting workshop at Foresta from September 24 to October 2, 2024, for a group of 10 artists as part of my Workshops in Wild Places program. The location was magnificent, with the pinkish-mauve hues of the sky over the Taygetus Mountains in the early morning and breathtaking sunsets in the evening. Nadia, our host, nourished us with a delicious variety of home-cooked Greek meals. The rooms were spacious, and comfortable, and offered stunning views of the mountains. Nadia and Chris were generous, easy-going, and incredibly hospitable, making us feel like we had become part of a warm and nurturing Greek family."

Amazing hotel located above the beautiful mountain village of Vlachokeresia. Nadia and Christo were wonderful hosts, so accommodating in everything from creating special meals to giving us awesome tips on the best sites to see. The hotel's location at the top of the mountain made for beautiful star gazing and wonderful cool temperatures during Greece's hottest month. There are wonderfully nearby trails through the surrounding forest and villages. We've been to Greece several times and this was definitely one of our best trips.

We stayed in Foresta in Media Mores during Christmas 2024 and it was one of nicest holidays we ever had. Quiet, relaxing, warm room with fireplace, unbelievable view, delicious home made food in the hotel's restaurant complete the puzzle of an unforgettable experience. Not to forget that Nandia and Christos were really amazing, polite and friendly. Last but not least, do not forget to taste Nandia's λαχανοντολμάδες!!!!!!
