This hotel has a great location and service is very good. All the staff were helpful and nice. Breakfast was good. Would thoroughly recommend.

Wir haben vorerst ein Zimmer für eine Person erhalten, obwohl wir ein Zweibettzimmer gebucht hatten. Nachdem wir das angesprochen haben, wurden wir auf den Folgetag verwiesen. Das Personal war unhöflich, das Essen nicht gut. In der früh um 7 hat man mit Bauarbeiten im Hotel angefangen, ohne Rücksicht auf schlafende Gäste zu legen

This hotel has to be one of the worst in terms of price-to-quality ratio that I've ever experienced. I don't usually complain, but seriously, you can easily find places that are 50% cheaper and offer the same subpar conditions, if not better, in the same area. Let me list my complaints: 1. I booked a two-day stay, but the air conditioning was broken, leaving me with either stuffy, humid air or no ventilation at all. As a result, I developed a cough, most likely due to the hotel's poor air quality. 2. The service during check-in was abysmal. The guy in his 30s who greeted me seemed like he despised his job and couldn't care less about providing good service. 3. The bathroom was in terrible condition. The shower had yellow stains embedded in it, and the tap was dysfunctional, making it impossible to control the water flow. And you might think I'm just nitpicking, but no. I raised my concerns with the staff, and it was only on the second day, in the afternoon, that a helpful staff member managed to provide me with a fan. But seriously, paying a few hundred euros for something this awful? I'd rather stay in a hostel, where at least I can expect the quality to be quite bad.

Booked a room with partial sea view, given room at the back of the hotel and Diplomat did not change as they were fully booked and said this was room boked (it stated partial sea view) I was also due a Bottle of wine as I am a Silver Member and this was a perk, I received a miniture bottle of red that was half full. Told by the hotel that thisnis what they offer. Cleaners where fantastic and cleaned room everyday, toilet had a leak, shower was poor and the bathroom was tiny, struggle to get between door and sink. Overall not happy with the room and the poor Silver Membership reward. I dont think I will stay at the Diplomat again, its a nice hotel in a good location, but this experience has not left a goodnimpression on me.

Fint hotel med placering tæt på vandet. Roligt kvarter. Personalet hjælpsomt og imødekommende. Dejlig morgenmads buffet. Kan anbefales

The hotel has a really good location, but there were a lot of disappointments. We got a room (nr. 205) right in front of the elevators and could hear it all the time! Door to the room has an opening in the bottom so you can hear everything that is going on outside - it was like the door was wide open. The bathroom could definitely use a good upgrade - a lot of miscolored tiles and very old dirty bathtub. The balcony with partial sea view was nice but watch out for dirty water dripping down you head. However, the room size was good for two people. Breakfast had a lot of variety, but was very plain. Rooftop pool looked like it have not been cleaned for months. I would only recommend this hotel because of the location and nice view from the rooftop. Other hotels with fewer stars and lower price might be a better choice so you won't be disappointed.

Fint hotell, fine rom, frokosten var veldig dårlig. Dårlig utvalg og pulver egg. Bacon var så vidt stekt og smakte gummi. Gode frukter.
