希思羅機場比安卡樓酒店(Bianca's House Hotel Heathrow Airport)

This is by no stretch of anyone's imagination a 'Hotel' - it is a family semi (?) on a very congested housing estate! We had the 'upgraded' room but since the bed was jammed against the radiator I had to escape over the end. Tea and coffee in the rooms - dream on! Bowl of lollipops. Exotic menu but all apparent fantasy as nothing available - not even a scrambled egg! Suggested we ordered a takeaway. Asked not to use hairdryer after 11 or before 6am. Indignant at being called a B&B (maybe nearer the mark) and claims to be a boutique hotel. No TV in rooms. Some glowing reviews look very dubious to me.

Great experience, beautiful ambience & cozy environment. The unmatched hospitality, warmth of host with a cocktail of hommy & business touch is always Worth your spend & time. And hey; the cozy beds and matching pillows 👌🏾.

Cool place to stays, warm & welcoming, will stay again. Was a late arrival after 1pm night time. Will stay again thanks for a great service & breakfast, variety of meals decided to have salmon , delicious

A great place to stay, host was warm friendly & welcoming, accommodation for the price was excellent. A great choice of Food & beverages available, close to Heathrow Airport, Windsor, M4 & M25 & London. Great value for money will surely stay at Bianca's House Hotel again.

It is a wonderful place to stay. Excellent service. Room was very clean and tidy. Very close to Heathrow and good food. I will recommend this amazing place to everyone. Keep up the good work. May God bless you all

I really got screwed with this booking. My flight was canceled, and I was a bit desperate for a place to stay overnight. "Bianca's Hotel" was quite a bit cheaper than the places closer to the airport. So I booked it and took a taxi there. But the taxi driver couldn't find the place. We were in a residential neighborhood, not anywhere that you might expect to find a hotel. So I called the property, and the guy told me to get out at #1 Torridge Road and walk to #19, which seemed really weird. I asked him if there was a sign, and he said no. I mean, what kind of a hotel requires that you walk down a dark residential street looking for a place with no sign? When I said that I wasn't comfortable doing that, he suggested that I just cancel, and mentioned that he could get 500 GPB for the room (I had paid ~200). I was pretty sketched out at this point, so I just cancelled and went back to the airport. Later on, I tried to get a refund, and he refused. He also blocked my calls and marked me as a no-show. So now I'm out the 200 GBP for this "hotel" plus the 60 GBP for the taxi there and back. And after all of that, I ended up just staying overnight at the airport. This place seems really scammy.

Very comfortable bed in a B&B style atmosphere. Very friendly owner who does above and beyond for guests. Would stay again

Typical English house in a very quite area, without any traffic. In front of the house is a green common to 20 houses. The hotel is well maintained by a nice gentleman with a typical British sense of humor. He started his business with his wife some years ago. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped with excellent beds and bedware. The breakfast is well served in a nice lounge and after such a good meal, you cannot have a bad day.

Good food menu and the service was great, Also it was nice and quite and was in a good location in heathrow. The room was tidy and had I a comfortable bed. Also they had a concierge service which was great.
