泰勒戴斯套房酒店(Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tyler)

Room was decently clean but my tv didnt work, tub drain wouldn't close and had to force the bathtub knob over and hold it as hard as i could to get ANY kind of warmth out of it.

We needed to visit Tyler for a very early visit to a doctor's office, so decided to spend the night at Day's Inn. The room was clean, quiet, and conveniently located nearby. Perfect for our needs.

Location The lady that checked me in was rude and short. Had questions and it was obvious that she was unkind. My friend noticed it as well.

The resection employees do not have solutions for any problem. If the deposit is made by card, I am still waiting for it to be returned. The breakfast is very bad, in fact, there is only bread and some fruits.

There was a ROACH in my room. I felt uneasy the rest of my stay. I will never book a room with them again. I would rather pay more money to be comfortable

They have thousands of bed bugs came home with over 40 bites and they treated as if they already knew and it was $200 dollars with a $100 deposit for only 2 nights just to have to leave earlier then planned

I pre paid for a non smoking room. I checked in and paid the $100 deposit. I walked in the room and it smelled like an ashtray and noticed there was no television. Without even setting down my bags I went immediately to the front desk. I was told there was no non smoking rooms. Needless to say after 3 days of trying to get my money back it was clear that wasn't going to happen. I basically got ripped off by this place after paying for a room they didn't even have. The room itself was disgusting. Smoky and dirty and missing a television

Photos on website are not reality. Undisclosed charges before and during check in. Breakfast is Very limited. No coffee pots in rooms as depicted. Neighboring room smelled like **** 24/7 the whole stay.

The room has a faint must/ cigarette smell. The room looked a bit unfinished cosmetically. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was continental but... well, cereal was stale and juice was watered down. Mini muffins were decent.
