I have been traveling to Pennsylvania for business at least twice a year for 15 years. This hotel charged us a $50 "rock star"deposit,against room damage,which i have never had in 50 years of business travel.I was told it would be refunded when we left,and was told at checkout it was,that was a bald faced lie,instead I was charged a second $50! After 21 days I finally managed to get all my money back. I have spoken to 4 different employees ,none of which solved my problem, and have asked for Mr Patel (owner/manager?)to call,no reply. Check all your paperwork before you check out,and get copies. be prepared for lackadaisical service at best and a scam at worst ,I will never stay at a Rodeway again.
