The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. Especially the front desk staff and the head of housekeeping. Niecee is the housekeeping manager and she was more than helpful, we asked for extra pillows , she brought the biggest ones they had, we needed to add a mattress topper to the bed for my wife due to back issues, that was also no problem at all. Niecee is the best!

Had a great experience. Room was great. Got really great service. Treated well at check-in and check out. Nice area around Nashville to stay in. Thanks so much. Breakfast was great enjoy the sausage and eggs. The boys only thing I wished I had was regular bread (white and/or wheat options) that would be great. Def will stay again.

My wife and I were temporarily displaced from our house due to an insurance claim from June 23, 2024 through October 31, 2024. We can not express the gratitude and the professionalism of the staff, Very friendly staff!!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would, Highly recommend this hotel.

After being on the road 11 hrs my husband, children, and I were exhausted. I called Towneplace Suites in Smyrna and Alex booked us a room. She was so nice and accommodating. I have an autistic son who was in need of milk and she got us 2 cartons, saving my husband from hunting some down. Keep in mind our encounter was at 0256. As a frequent traveler these experiences are what keep me brand loyal. I will be calling corporate about our experience as well! Thanks for going over and beyond, Alex.

While attending a wedding, my husband and I stayed in this property. It was located within a 20 minute drive to both Nashville and the wedding in Nolensville with quick access to the freeway and shopping/restaurants. Compared to the price of hotels in Nashville, this was a great value. We stayed in room 113. We parked our car at the east end of the hotel and this room was a 15 second walk out the door to our parked car, when coming and going. The hotel has easy access to the freeway but there was no freeway noise in the room. This room definitely smaller than other TownePlace Suites we have stayed in but we weren't in the room much. Breakfast was the standard free fare with many packaged items. The selection of snacks and beverages available for purchase in the lobby was limited. If you're wanting a snack or beverage I would purchase at the super Target in the shopping center just across the freeway. The condition of the hotel was a little run down, scraped walls, the lobby sitting area carpet edge is rolled up and definitely a tripping hazard. When trying to print my boarding passes at the computer in the lobby, the printer was out of ink. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Everything is clean and fresh. Even the extra pillows/bedding. Smells amazing as soon as you enter the hotel. Breakfast was good. Staff was sweet and approachable. Definitely will be staying here again when we are back in town. Definitely a five star review from us.

For the most part, we enjoyed our stay here. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet (we never heard any noise from neighbors or outside), the building was clean and well-maintained (although the ironing board was super rickety and wouldn’t stand flat on the floor). The room (a studio) did have a slightly odd arrangement. You enter the room directly into a hallway-like space that has the kitchen all along one wall and the closet door on the opposite wall. This meant you couldn’t really leave the closet door open as the room door would bash into it. The couch directly faced the foot of the bed. The TV was mounted on the wall adjacent to the side of the bed (but not adjacent to the bed directly). This meant that it did not face either the couch or the head of the bed. One person could sit sidewards on the couch (the arm of the couch was slightly raised, suggesting this was the preferred position for TV viewing), but two people could not comfortably watch the TV. Temperature: The heating and cooling was adjusted by a thermostat that only cools to 66. The unit didn’t make any obnoxious noises. Bathroom: The bathroom did not have enough counter space for setting out personal toiletries. The only towel bars were the multi-bar affair often affixed above toilets. This had to hold all the clean towels as well, so it wasn’t useful for hanging towels. The shower was well designed, with space to set soap and shampoo if you bring your own, a glass wall and door, the faucet on the wall opposite the shower head so you didn’t freeze or scald yourself turning it on, etc. Breakfast: Typical Marriott. Not much else to say. Location: The property is easily accessible to various major roads and is near many restaurants, including some really good BBQ.

Quiet and clean hotel close (but not too close) to major attractions. Carmen, who handled breakfast was extremely cheerful and helpful each morning, giving us suggestions of what to do/see. Breakfast was the normal spread, with lots of choices.

TownePlace Suites in Smyrna, TN gives the impression of modernity but falls short. The cleanliness is commendable, yet the rooms are small, with a lingering odd odor. The linens and decor feel outdated, belying the hotel's seemingly new exterior. A notable drawback is the premium Wi-Fi, for which I paid extra, yet it was frustratingly inconsistent, frequently losing connection. The noise level is another concern, as sounds easily infiltrate the rooms. Opting for a top-floor room is recommended for a quieter stay. Even with a noise machine, the noise was bothersome. Overall, it's an adequate choice, but not outstanding.

We stayed at the Towneplace Suites for one night while traveling home from Orlando. This is a great Towneplace Suites with nice rooms and an almost full kitchen with easy access to the interstate. Close to many shops and restaurants. Complimentary breakfast was excellent and there were many hot and cold options. Room was a good size, well appointed and in good condition. Outdoor pool was closed during our visit presumably because of the temperature. No hot tube. We've stayed at other properties in this immediate area and this one is the best that we've stayed at but can be higher priced. We would definitely choose this hotel again if the price was right.

Very comfortable and clean space. The staff care about keeping the hotel in good condition and ensuring you're happy with your stay. Beds are cozy to sleep in, breakfast area maintained - both in food and cleanliness Would happily stay here again!

Great hotel! Breakfast every morning with Carmen was great always cheerful and happy. Very clean rooms. The staff at the front desk was always very helpful. The gym is 24/7 very clean. Hotel is in a great location, only 17 minutes from Nashville.

This is a wonderful hotel to stay at. The staff is professional and welcoming. As a Marriott rewards member, I must say it is so wonderful to find a Marriott true to brand. Breakfast was good, especially the pre-packaged waffles. There were two drawbacks: lots of hair in the shower and the bananas were well past their shelf time. Nevertheless, I have flagged this hotel to stay at the next time I am in Smyrna. Management, please do not comment on this post. When I looked at reviews prior to posting, I found this tacky. You have a great establishment and team. Don't defend yourself against haters or petty people. See you next time.

My wife and I stayed here in mid- March. A safe, quiet location off I-24 in Smyrna, TN 25 minutes outside Bridgestone Arena. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet, overall couldn’t ask for a better stay. The front hotel staff was awesome and did everything to make sure you had a great stay and we did…….BUT….. hang on……Here it comes……. Breakfast was nasty. Suppose to serve from 6:00 am - 9:00 am. We got there at 8:00 am and left at 8:30 am. When we arrived selection was minimal. One bagel, some oatmeal, runny fake eggs, greasy fake bacon, pre-packaged sandwiches & quiche, and a few hard boiled eggs. WAIT…..HERE COMES THE REASON for RATING…… The breakfast lady was working hard at cleaning the tables but not getting the food out. She cleaned everything, the tables, the chairs, the countertop, the bagel & bread tray, the tongs, and the trash can ……. ALL WITH THE SAME RAG! She was definitely cleaning, but please change rags. Please put out food or change Breakfast times to say Starts at 6:00 am and stops at 8:00 am. After 8:00 am, good luck eating because we are cleaning. If breakfast experience was better we would give you a five rating. Happy 43rd Birthday to my wife!
