亞特蘭大長廊喜來登套房酒店(Sheraton Suites Galleria-Atlanta)

Carpete e sofá precisando de limpeza. Acordamos com muitas picadas pelo corpo e muita coceira. Acesso ao estacionamento somente por fora do hotel. Não tivemos reposição de café, copos e toalhas. Não atendem pelo telefone, tivemos que descer até a recepção para pedir alguns itens que não estavam em nosso quarto.

The hotel is in a great location. The lobby is very pleasing when you walk into the hotel. However, the rooms are very dated and dark. There were a few dead bugs in the breakfast area, but the staff cleaned it up immediately. Breakfast was hot and had a nice variety. Parking garbage needs attention with all the cobwebs everywhere and it's also very dark in the parking garage. The furniture in the room had stains on the couch and chair. The room only had one trash can in it and no light lamp in the living room area. The room had very few towels and washed clothes. The toilet ran and the doors vibrated as people came and went.

The staff were very available, helpful, and friendly. Parking was adjacent and very easy to access, although a bit dark. The hotel is located in a very convenient area to multiple entertainment and shopping options. They had an nice complimentary breakfast available. The only thing that was not up to the standard was that the hallways and guest rooms were dated and there was a good bit of wear on the bathroom fixtures. The water pressure was excellent.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The buffet breakfast was always good, fruit always sweet and fresh. The housekeeping staff was very attentive and even their to order menu was cost effective and tasted good. The distance to Truist Park was walkable and so was Cumberland mall. Overall stay was great and not too expensive

Whew! Parking was very tight. The room had a weird smell, a sliding door was messed up so I couldn’t close the bathroom door. Squeaky bed …the list goes on. We were suppose to stay 3 days , left the next morning asked for a refund

Initial check in was fast and easy, the hotel rep was very efficient. Hotel lobby was immaculate, but realizing later, they use the lobby to lure you into Hell. We went to our room, city view was breathtaking. Finally, we’re able to relax and exhale after a very long day. I briefly sat on the side of the bed before heading to shower. As I said looked over near the bathroom there was a huge cockroach!!! Oh, heck no!!! I told my husband to “pack it up”!! We went downstairs and asked for an another room. We changed rooms but now our view is the back of the hotel, now overlooking a gas station and Costco. Both rooms are very old looking and need updating. While taking a shower, it was like bathing in a pool. The water drainage was horrible. We called downstairs and they sent up a repair guy. We took a shower the next morning, same issue, brushed our teeth, sink didn’t drain, the refrigerator didn’t stay closed, my husband didn’t tell me until the next morning that he had to kill another roach that night. Went to breakfast that next morning, which we were kind of leery about eating because of the roaches in the rooms. The cloth chairs in the dining room were nasty and needed shampooing. Our overall stay was horrible. This hotel needs upgrading and exterminating. It’s located in a very nice area in Atlanta so it should be much more nicer inside than what it is.

I Hello. I haven't done a review yet but did want to let you know that having drawers for clothing in the room is something I think of as a must. There was a closet with about five hangers and two drawers in the tv stand, which were broken. We had to live out of suitcases for the week and that makes the hotel rating not worthy of a 9 or 10 for us. There are five of us in my family and it was quite inconvenient. The pool also could have used some attention. For what we paid, plus parking fees, I'd expect higher quality and comfort. That being said, breakfast was fantastic. Staff was helpful/polite and our room was decently clean.

The hotel itself was just ok. It’s an aging property and shows it. Our room didn’t have enough towels, toilet paper or blankets for 4 people and there were two lights that didn’t work. We had to ask for things from the front desk multiple times. There are no stairs from the first floor so the wait at the elevators was very long after every Braves game.

Everything was excellent! One suggestion I would have is for the property manager to install a heater for the pool! I have stayed two times at this property, and both times the pool was too cold to swim! Just a suggestion! Property and staff are 5star in my book! Keep up the great work
