I had a good stay and even though a couple of the rooms on the 4th floor smelled like old food/ mildew/ feet the ones on the 2nd aren’t as bad

Book this hotel last-minute the staff was friendly the hotel was very clean smelled fresh had great amenities including a pool and a gym and plenty of snacks in the lobby to choose from had a good breakfast very quiet.

Everything was great, except that the funky shower contraption’s tilt could not be adjusted. (*****ped threads?) • It was either: A)- point it at the opposite shower wall, B)- let point straight down, or, C)- use it as a hand-held. • Also, i loved the idea of the electric switch operated window blinds, but took a while to figure out that the wall switch operated the blinds. A simple note on the switch would have helped. • Aside from those relatively minor issues, we would likely stay at an AVID again.

The rooms are small but comfortable. Everything was visibly clean but I noticed after taking my socks off that the floor in my room felt sticky. I’m guessing it’s from whatever they cleaned it with because the entire floor is sticky, not just one spot. They have Dove products in the bathroom which was nice. The bed is super comfortable and they have firm and soft pillows for you to use. The TV has a decent variety of channels and you can also stream on it. My only real problem is the free breakfast is super tiny. There’s oa**eal, yogurt, fruit, cereal, muffins, granola bars and some Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches but that’s it. They have juice as well but my apple juice tasted like water so I didn’t drink it. There’s no pancakes or a waffle maker. The whole breakfast takes up one small counter and a little circle table. If you’re looking for a normal hotel spread of breakfast, this is not the place to stay. Also, you can hear people in the hallway when they walk past the door. There weren’t a lot of people I heard but the few that walked by talking, I did hear. I also heard every step of the person who stayed above me but I’m not sure if they were heavy footed or the floors are thin. Overall, it’s not a bad place to stay. I would recommend it if you don’t mind the lack of free breakfast options and hearing some noise from people in the hallway.

Chech in was a breeze. Rooms were extremely clean. I'm handicapped and worked out of a wheelchair, and the room was very spacious and easy to maneuver around in. We'll definitely stay here again when i'm going through this area.

Newer, modern, no frills Hotel. Very clean. Variety of choices for breakfast. Goodfor short stays. Reasonably priced.

5 stars for housekeepers because room was very clean. Never had that experience before usually they are clean but there is something missing. This hotel was very clean. Will stay at this again next time.
