Très bon hôtel avec du personnel accueillant et très sympathique. Les chambres sont des appartements très fonctionnels. Tout est stérilisé et sous plastique. Acceulli avec une bouteille de vin et du chocolat . Je reviendrais

Ich wollte schon lange diese Bewertung schreiben, aber leider fehlte mir bisher die Zeit. Heute habe mir jedoch die Zeit genommen ,da ich immer noch überwältigt bin von den außergewöhnlichen Erlebnissen , die ich während meines Aufenthalts hatte . Ich war bereits zum zweites Mal in Hotel Viko Boutique Apart und wahr überaus begeistert . Der Empfang an der Rezeption war äußerst herzlich und von Anfang an fühlte Ich mich willkommen . An der Tag meiner Ankunft , dem 8.März , einem Traditionellen Tag , an dem alle Frauen eine Rose oder eine prächtige Blumenstrauß erhalten, wurde im Hotel eine wunderbare Atmosphäre geschaffen .Die Inhaberin überreichte mir und meine Freundin eine Rose und wünschte uns alles Gute zum Frauentag . In diesem Moment spürte ich eine tiefe Verbundenheit und es war , als ob ich in meiner Heimat willkommen geheißen wurde. Neben der herausragenden Sauberkeit ,dem vorzüglichen Essen, gute schlafen und der exzellenten Ausstattung der Zimmer möchte ich besonders die außerordentliche Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals hervorheben . Ich habe bereits in vielen renommierten Hotels übernachtet , aber die Menschlichkeit und das warme Wesen , das mir hier entgegenbrachte wurde , sind wirklich außergewöhnlich .Es ist eine Seltenheit ,eine solche herzliche Atmosphäre zu erleben . Das Hotel wurde von meine besten Freundin gebucht ,und ich bin ihr zutiefst dankbar , dass sie mir diesen wundervollen Aufenthalt ermöglicht hat. Ich werde ohne Zweifel ,wenn ich wieder nach Sofia komme erneuet Hotel Vito Boutique Apart buche.Der Aufenthalt war für mich kurz ,aber unvergesslich ,und ich bin dankbar für wundervollen Erinnerungen. Ich möchte dem gesamten Team meinen herzlichen Dank aussprechen und meine aufrichtige Wertschätzung für den herausragenden Service und die unvergleichliche Gastfreundschaft . Anastasia Petter

Excellent hotel! I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel in December 2023! The facilities are great - they provide you with everything you need to feel comfortable! The staff were always helpful and well behaved. The breakfast was varied- there are options for every taste! It’s perfect for being both in a calm and quiet area where you can relax and be within a 10min walk from the vibrant city centre!

Had a great overnight as part of a longer trip. Room was very comfortable, quiet and apart hotel had great location

We received a large and comfortable room, a new comfortable crib for the baby and a comfortable sofa bed for the children The staff agreed to our request to put a microwave in the room We received 4 small bottles of water and 4 small chocolates as a gift from the hotel The bathroom was clean, pleasant and comfortable Smiling and kind staff Breakfast was reasonable, but not varied The location is a bit far from the center, 10-15 minutes walk from Vitosha Street

Reviewing this hotel is pretty much just a list of positivity, first was the price, three nights for £249 for what was a massive room (open room with spacious areas with large bed, a seating area with large settee, a dining area to seat 4 and fully equipped kitchen and a good sized bathroom). We got access to the room when we arrived, before our scheduled check in time which is always nice. Reception was very helpful and even gave us an umbrella to use when Sofias weather took one of its turns. With the hotel only having 25 rooms it was quiet and you rarely saw other visitors apart from at breakfast. Ah breakfast, another positive, again for so few people the choice was that of a much larger hotel, cereals, cooked breakfast items, continental breakfast items as well as salmon, yoghurts and pastries all of which made it a great way to start the day. The hotel is located close to the centre with pretty much anywhere accesible via the tram or underground in a short time. Alternatively taxis are cheap as well. As you can see I loved this place, it surpassed any expectation I had, pretty much like Sofia itself.

I can't recommend this hotel more highly. It was the first stop in Bulgaria for our family of four and it truly felt as if we moved into an apartment. We even did laundry (which was in the room) a couple of times, just because we could and so that when we left Sofia all of clothes would be clean. Parking is on-site and they even discounted it for me. The breakfast is amazing (and included) and every single one of the staff members was pleasant and helpful. We had a nice balcony with a great view, multiple TVs, and room was immense. Everything in the hotel was spotless and luxurious.

Totally it's great except for wireless. It's almost no any connection in my room...
