Top central location, really close to everything. We really enjoyed it

This hotel was a great value because it was beautiful and in a great location. My room was huge and luxurious. Breakfast was really good if relatively limited choices. My only complaint was the service. They were pleasant at check-in, but they gave me a room on the 8th floor. When I mentioned that all the reviews said not to get a room on an upper floor because the noise from the rooftop bar, they accommodated me, but identified me as “noise-sensitive”. Bigger problem was that reception said I would not need a reservation for the rooftop bar after 11:00 PM (which admittedly I though was odd for a Saturday night if it was such a local hotspot). So I went to dinner, and when I came back around midnight, I went up to the bar and it was heaving, of course. The hostess was borderline rude, and had me sit at a table outside of the main bar area. After waiting for 10 minutes with no further attention, I went back up to the hostess station and asked if I could order a drink, and she begrudgingly took my order and then delivered the drink a couple minutes later. As I was finishing my cocktail and getting ready to leave, she came up and told me they had a place at the bar for me and when I declined, she seemed a little annoyed with me. Check out was also a little clunky, because even with a deposit on file, which more than covered my charges, they ran another charge on my credit card, which made me a little uneasy and honestly, the explanation was not very clear.

The hotel is very well located, within walking distance to several attractions and has excellent amenities. Highly recommend staying at this hotel!

The hotel was amazingly nice. Spacious comfortable clean room and the breakfast was outstanding. The view from the rooftop bar is also spectacular.

Great hotel and very cosy with a nice roof top bar/restaurant

Staff is great and are willing to help. The hotel is located in a perfect location overlooking great sights and close to everything. However, be prepared to hear loud music until midnight since the bar is on the top floor. We were in a suite and could not sleep until they closed the bar. Additionally, the pool is only available for one hour a day for kids under 14. Not a family hotel.

Overall a good experience but there’s poor noise reduction between rooms and corridors. Please note that smoking is allowed in bars and restaurants and there are no tables that are smoke free. The spa is very nice and the staff friendly.

An excellent hotel. Definitely 5 star service. Great room with a balcony in a central location. Food was good and cocktails were excellent in the ground floor restaurant. The rooftop bar had a lovely view, book ahead for a table as it was full most nights in our stay.
