斯科蒂精品酒店(Scotty's Boutique Hotel)

Se volete passare una notte da incubo soggiornate in questo posto. Pessima pulizia,tende,prese elettriche e luci sono tutte rotte. Biancheria bagno e letto sporchissime,zero privacy in quanto le camere sono attaccate alla reception.Abbiamo pagato le prime da 2 notti ma siamo scappati subito. Con qualche € in più si possono trovare hotel migliori. Le foto pubblicate non corrispondono assolutamente al vero. Non rovinatevi la vacanza ed andate altrove!!!!!!!

Quiero avisar a la gente que se esté pensando en elegir este ‘hotel’ y evitar que sus vacaciones sean horribles, este lugar parece sacado de una película de miedo, todo está sucio, dejado, moho en la bañera, vasos sucios, cama con manchas de mejor no pensar de qué, se escuchan todos los ruidos de las otras habitaciones, pasé dos noches en las que dormía encima de una bufanda por qué no quería ni tocar esa cama, toallas que raspaban y olían a tabaco, las paredes y las baldosas manchadas, los radiadores y la nevera no han visto un trapo desde que montaron ese lugar, el ‘Recepcionista’ a parte de no estar nunca en su puesto de trabajo, no atiende al teléfono ni al chat de booking, fui para 4 noches y a la segunda me busque otro hotel no muy lejos (el pop Bogomil el cual recomiendo) al hacer el check out nadie en recepción a pesar de que avisé de mi salida y hablé con booking diciendo que me iría y que quería el reembolso de los dos días que no pasaría allí, a lo que más de una semana después booking me dice que el hotel no me reembolsará esos dos días sin más explicación, por favor no vayan a este lugar y pasen unas buenas vacaciones, nunca había pasado unas noches tan horribles y soy una viajera bastante experimentada.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel nel mio periodo a Sofia per 3 notti...sono rimasto un po' deluso dai vari comfort tra cui...mai un cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani...un bagno abbastanza degradato con la doccia collegata al lavandino senza una vaschetta per l'acqua tutto un insieme e bagno senza bidè...cuscini e letti molto vecchi come 20 anni fa... Senza frigo bar...peccato visto che la posizione è molto buona a due passi dal centro e dal mercato centrale "Delle Donne"

Di hotel ha ben poco, a cominciare dall’ accoglienza, reception sempre priva di personale, bisogna chiamare per far venire qualcuno ( si fa presente che per entrare nella struttura bisogna avere una chiavetta speciale di cui uno è privo all’arrivo ). Non appena si varca questa prima porta si viene pervasi da una puzza di umidità terribile, bisogna fare due rampe di scale per arrivare alla reception. La nostra stanza “la rio de janeiro “ ( come anche altre 4-5) affacciava sulla reception vicino l’ingresso ( infatti è capitato più volte che di notte siamo stati svegliati da qualcuno che si ritirava). Ma passiamo alla stanza , nettamente differente rispetto a quelle delle foto, piccola, tenuta malissimo, con un solo armadio, con solo 2 prese. Ma passiamo al pezzo “forte” IL BAGNO, non vi è una doccia ma bensì il doccino era collegato direttamente al lavandino, quindi per lavarsi uno allagava tutta la stanza. Buona posizione, a 10 minuti a piedi dalle varie attrazioni ed in una zona piena di negozi. Pulizia sufficiente , anche se il primo giorno non avendo lasciato il cartello dietro la porta non ci hanno effettuato le pulizie. Unico vantaggio : il prezzo.

Если не хотите в два часа ночи оказаться на улице, не бронируйте этот отель. Забронировали проживание в этом отеле с 18.07 по 22.07. Сделав акцент, что прилетаем ночью 19.07 в 02.00. Отель позиционирует себя с круглосуточной стойкой регистрации. Причем, за поздний заезд берется оплата в 20 лев. Бронирование было подтверждено. Заказывали номер Делюкс. Какого же было разочарование, когда по прилету в отеле на ресепшин никого не было. Позвонили, нам сказали, что номеров сейчас нет, никто ночью приезжать не собирается, чтобы поселить нас, приходите утром. Пока мы общались по телефону из отеля выезжали постояльцы, и на букинге тоже были свободные номера, но ночью нас никто заселять не хотел. Пришлось ночью срочно искать где переночевать. Свинское отношение, никому не советую останавливаться в этом отеле.

We stayed 4 nights and housekeeping only visited once (the day after our first night) so we had no replacement loo roll or toiletries. We saw them cleaning other rooms during our stay but they failed to clean ours daily. The bed slats broke everytime we got on the bed due to it being a cheap bed. This didn't always get fixed despite us telling reception. But when it was fixed it only broke again. This caused a big dip on one side of the bed but fortunately the bed was very large so I could sleep in the middle and my partner still had room on his side. Also, the bed was about 10 inches off the floor so it was pretty hard to get out of and the sheets were stained and grubby looking. One of the overhead bed lamps, which were only on one side of the bed, didn't work. There was a plug socket on just one side of the bed and this was held in place with cellotape. The curtains too small for the windows so the light came in day and night. The TV also didn't work. The room next to ours had a balcony which was right outside our windows (not theirs). There was a lot of noise from them late into the night and our room smelled of stale smoke from their smoking. There was Aircon but it was pretty useless and loud. In the bathroom there was no shower curtain - had to be very careful how you shower so you didn't soak the bathroom. The flush on the toilet was a length of electrical cable you had to pull to flush. This place would be better as a hostel as that is the level of service you get. Our room could've easily fit 4 bunk beds. It is nowhere near a "boutique" and the rooms look nothing like the pictures. The owners need to revisit what they are stating the hotel provides when it clearly doesn't and is misselling to customers. Looking at past reviews it looks like people have been experiencing these issues for a good while but nothing appears to be done about it.

We booked this hotel a week before arrival, we picked it based on price and placement. When we arrived the owner was not there, so we called him, he was rude and he told us he booked it to someone else. He said that he booked us another room in another hotel, this hotel was further away and wanted an additional charge. The owner told us we could cancel for free, which was not the case. We cannot express how terrible this experience was, being forced to pay ekstra for at hotel that we didn’t want, as two young women late at night, this was irresponsible, unethical and a total scam. Please do not book this hotel if you want a nice and effortless stay😓

The Hotel in the central , easy to go any way . The owner are friendly . The rooms are noisy all the night , I have doubt about cleaning . The rooms have Heat and AC . The price is very good also . Their no break est buffet or room services. The beds are slow, and you feel what is happening in your next room ,Their no Lift , so if you have heavy luggage not easy
