Wonderful, clean, modern, well kept! My only mistake was only staying here one night, I should’ve been here my entire time in Sofia!

Pros: The hotel design is very modern and clean. The staff are nice and friendly and do everything they can to help you. This hotel is big on sustainability. They don't leave plastic bottles in your room. Instead, you have glass bottles that you can fill up everywhere in the hotel. Every floor has a drinking fountain where you can fill up your bottle. The food was absolutely amazing. Breakfast is not a buffet. On weekdays, you have to choose between a Bulgarian or a French breakfast. At first, I was disappointed that they didn't have a simple option like an omelet; I went with the Bulgarian option. It was fantastic. Everything was fresh. On weekends, you only have an omelet option, which was also great. For dinner, I got Sea Bass and it was also great! I am fully satisfied with the food served at this hotel. The only criticism I can give is that the breakfast serving window is very small and late (8:30 am to 10:30 am if I remember correctly) and you have to wait for more than usual to get your food. Cons: The rooms have tile floors, which look cold but are not since I believe they use floor heating. The problem is that they don't offer slippers, which I don't like, since the same tiles continue into the toilet. It doesn't feel clean. They also don't offer toothbrushes which I would have really appreciated. I had to unplug the fridge since the compressor made a lot of noise when turning off and on, and I'm a light sleeper. Overall I would recommend this place if the location suits you, just bring your own slippers and enjoy the food!

Recomendo vivamente o Kitchen59. Hotel jovem, fresco e irreverente. Localizado perto de transportes públicos para rápido acesso à cidade. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestáveis. O pequeno-almoço é simples, mas de boa qualidade.

Di questo albergo mi è piaciuto molto lo stile, molto moderno, e nel complesso l’esperienza è stata positiva, per la posizione l’albergo non è centralissimo però con i taxi ci si muove facilmente e a poco prezzo, c’è anche la metro vicino, per la pulizia vorrei suggerire di controllare meglio le camere prima del check in.. nella nostra camera abbiamo trovato dei ragni sul soffitto, il letto viene rifatto ogni 2 giorni.. le lenzuola non vengono cambiate regolarmente. Un giorno abbiamo dovuto chiedere gli asciugamani perché non erano stati nemmeno cambiati, in più consiglierei di Aggiungere anche accappatoio per gli ospiti e doccino nella doccia. Nonostante questo però mi è piaciuto l’albergo e ci ritornerei, letto molto comodo, stanze con vetrate sulla città, ma sopratutto ARMADI e piani d’appoggio ovunque, consigliato

Sono stata presso questo albergo la settimana scorsa per lavoro. Albergo fuori città, nella zona molto degradata. Camere anonime, senza arredamento, senza telefono in camera. Niente terrazza solo piccola finestra . La mia TV prendeva solo 10 canali delle quali 5 non funzionavano e quelli funzionanti erano in bulgaro. Mi sono sciroppata animal planet per 5 giorni ( unico canale in inglese). Assurdo che non ci sono altri canali, non parlo di youtube ma di TV. La colazione molto scarsa per la qualità e prezzo. Niente dolci, e di salato solo pochi affettati, formaggi, pomodori e cetrioli. Meno male cera lo yogurt greco.. Prezzi a cena come in Italia, si aggirano intorno € 30 per un piatto e dolce ( troppo per standard bulgaro). Menu molto limitato. Ragazzo che serviva era preparato ma le ragazze di primo pelo. Servendo tavoli gli cadeva la roba dal piatto... Ristorante di domenica chiuso... Non credo che ci torno li se dovrò tornare a Sofia.

This is actually third time I stayed in the hotel. First visit was amazing, we were blown away, everything was new fresh and a bit quirky understandable for a new establishment. However in a few seasons the place definitely declined and the attitude of some of the new staff changed. To my understanding the place became a location for shooting some popular tv shows about cooking etc. and quality logging services is less of a priority. No coffee in the room anymore, you have to ask for capsules every day. The roof is unavailable before 9am and after 11pm. And rooftop bar staff was unfriendly. The playroom is in abandon state. Lobby smells like cooking, not in a good way, garbage juice in the elevator floor.. etc. I will think twice next time.

Мы всей семьей часто путешествуем. Опыт большой, но этот отель оставил самые худшие впечатления. Что касается самого отеля: он новый, чистый и просторный. На этом из плюсов все. Минус огромный это еда!!!! Телефона и рум сервис нету, если вам станет плохо это ваши проблемы. Тапочек в отеле нет, купайтесь как хотите. Мы приехали с дороги и были очень голодными. Открыв меню я была в шоке оно слишком маленькое и глупое, если можно так сказать. 1 вид рыбы, 1 вид курицы и 1 вид свинины. Детского меню нет. И они вообще ничего не могут предложить. Порции просто позорные за такие огромные деньги!!! Где была свинина там было 2 полосочки как крабовые палочки на подушке из пюре капусты, даже ребёнок не будет сыт. Курица такая же беда. 2 мини кусочка и какие-то листы тушеной капусты или не пойми чего(((( Думаем ну может салаты. Их опять только 3 : Огуречный где 10$ только огурцы, 2й это редька и 1 яйцо, а 3й это 4-5 кубиков лосося и жменька бобов с кусочком ананаса. Завтрак тоже очень расстроил. Есть 2 вида завтрака Болгарский йогурт и овощи и Французский (жареный хлеб с колбасой и сыром). Я спросила можно ли что-то приготовить для ребёнка блинчики или вафли? На что мне ответили только омлет. Это самый дорогой омлет в моей жизни 10$ Хочется задать вопрос управляющим: Вы хоть раз бывали в ресторанах при отеле?Хоть раз держали в руках меню? Ваш отель должен сменить название так как кухня предполагает наличие еды, которой у вас нет!

Friendly staff, great rooms with huge king size bed. Clean towels every day, the roof bar is also fantastic. The thing that really let us down was the restaurant. The waiting staff took us to our seats for the breakfast buffet, the first day of staying we were asked if we would like eggs with the buffet food, I ordered scrambled eggs & they were delightful. The days after, the buffet was empty by 9:45, no offer of fresh eggs, no bread to choose from & you’d have to go upto the bar to ask for a coffee. Considering the amount of staff in the kitchen & the fact we are on a culinary school campus, you would have thought they might put out some extra food or even something a bit different. Overall our stay was great, cannot fault the hotel, just very let down by the restaurant, one of the main reasons we booked.

Très bel hôtel moderne et agréable ! Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Je recommande vivement le restaurant. Le plus : rooftop avec bonne ambiance et piscine. Un endroit pour se reposer en tant que touriste mais aussi pour travailler.
