Bedrooms feature king-size beds in the two bottom bedrooms with 2 full baths, 4 full-size bunk beds in the large kids room on the top floor with its own bathroom. Complex has pools, 2 spa/jacuzzi, 4 tennis courts, ping pong and pool table. The complex has a fully stocked kitchen with washer and dryer. Dining table seats 12 people. Unit also provides 4 boogie boards, 8 beach towels, 8 beach chairs, 2 umbrella, and many other beach stuff. There is two assigned parking space in the secured garage parking. Cedro district, Del Mar Race Track, Fletcher Cove and Dog Beach are all walking distance. The large wrap around balcony is a perfect spot to take in the evening sunsets over dinner or a cup of tea. Lounge with a book in the plush sectional in the family room with the fireplace flickering or challenge a family member to a board game at the game table.The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need for whipping up a quick breakfast before heading out for a day at the beach, or prepare an elaborate dinner with family and friends. The master bathroom feels like a luxury spa with a soaking tub, walk-in shower and a dual vanity. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a dual vanity and a large walk-in shower.The home is equipped with beach gear including sand toys, two umbrellas, four beach chairs, a wagon, Smashball and beach towels. Also provided are a tennis and pickle ball rackets and balls, a basketball, a football and a yoga mat.The home is an end-unit, located in the middle building of the complex with ample guest parking and two private garage parking spaces located very close to the unit.Surfsong is a gated resort-inspired community with many great amenities including a heated oceanfront pool, hot tub and tennis and pickleball courts open to Surfsong guest and residents. Welcome to our beautiful, centrally-located 3 bedroom home in the heart of Solana Beach! Walk to the beach, shops, popular restaurants and the coastal train station! Wake up to gorgeous expansive views of the Pacific Ocean every day from the living room, kitchen and private balcony. Lounge on the sofa on the balcony with friends and family, and pull out the BBQ for summer grilling all while watching the whales migrate and the dolphins swim. This property is located in what is commonly known as Solana Beach's nicest gated community, Surfsong.Our gated community has a gorgeous pool and spa overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The pool is heated from Memorial weekend through November 1st and also on holiday weekends.The closest beach is Fletch Cove which is a two minute walk from our front door. There is also a great kids play ground overlooking the beach that children love to visit. Two streets over is everything downtown Solana Beach has to offer, including a plethora of delicious restaurants, our favorite coffee shops, the farmers market on Sundays, our favorite store SoLo on Cedros. Grab a yummy bite of ceviche and a fresh margarita at Alce 101 or for dinner, head to what some have claimed as the best steakhouse in San Diego, Rare Society. Welcome to our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ocean view retreat. We have are so excited to host you in our beautifully remodeled space overlooking the pool and ocean. Open the windows and enjoy the cool ocean breeze throughout the day while making meals and drinks in the stunning kitchen complete with new appliances, a wine fridge, quartz countertops and all the cooking essentials you can think of. The convenient location just off the pool is one of our favorite features, as we can very easily grab food, drinks, and anything else we need from the condo just a few steps away. While we have many amazing restaurants close by, you won't want to leave the table on your private balcony with the most stunning sunset views. Morning coffee is that much better when get to watch the dolphins at the same time! From soft linens, to children's books, sand toys, a cooler, pickle ball rackets, beach chairs, a pack n play, booster seat, and even a sound machine for babies, we really like to think we have thought of everything to give you the best vacation possible! Our living room has plenty of seating to gather in to enjoy evening sunsets and movies on our smart TV. Our Wifi is also the fastest speed you can get, which makes working away from home stress free.Our safe, gated community also has private beach access, BBQs available for you to grill on, two indoor hot tubs, pickleball/ tennis courts and a gym. We really have it all!Walk to the Del Mar Fair grounds to enjoy concerts during the summer, the fair, festivals and many other fun events that are held here throughout the year. You can even walk to one of the most popular restaurants in San Diego, The Brigantine, which has amazing fish tacos and incredible views. You can walk to all that downtown Solana Beach has to offer, including the train station that will take you up and down the coast, many delicious restaurants, yummy coffee shops, art studios, and trendy shopping. There is so much to do and see here! Venture out to one of the scenic hikes nearby, such as the mushroom caves, or check out a concert at our local venue, Belly Up Tavern, wine taste at Carruth on Cedros Ave or check out local brews across the street . You can rent bikes and cruise the coastal trail to Encinitas where there are even more restaurants, shops and yoga studios.
