聖維吉里奧切沃高爾夫水療度假村(Garda Hotel San Vigilio Golf)

Nous avions réservé quelques jours de vacances dans cette magnifique région pour faire du golf. Les parcours sont magnifiques Malheureusement, quel désastreux accueil !!! Tant à la réception de l’hôtel, qu’au bar, qu’ au petit-déjeuner et qu’au restaurant du golf : le personnel est peu sympathique , même arrogant et peu serviable Les chambres sont grandes mais les salles de bain mériteraient d être rafraîchies Le spa est agréable Nous reviendrons pour jouer au golf mais certainement pas dans cet hôtel

Non il solito hotel , sembra un tipico villaggio d’epoca finemente ristrutturato, si tratta di un golf club in spazi molto , molto …… ampi . Non certo il solito ambiente d’albergo . Se si ama la natura e la tranquillità è la location idonea anche se non si pratica il golf ……, servizi più che corretti , ristorante discreto , valido il menù serale , confortevoli le camere , discreta la spa . Zona tranquilla , immersa nel verde e nei vigneti del Garda . Nel complesso un posto dove il ritorno è adeguato …!

Nie wieder! Das in die Jahre gekommene Hotel mit 130 Zimmern liegt in einem Gebäudekomplex, der zum Golfclub gehört. Und von diesem Namen zehrt dieses Hotel, denn ansonsten gibt es keinerlei Gründe hier zu übernachten. Wir haben zum Golfen kurzfristig angerufen und bekamen ein „Komfort Zimmer“ für 240€ pro Nacht. Das Wort „Komfort“ spottet dem Zustand des Zimmers, das eigentlich ein „Disabled Room“ war; wir sind aus Versehen auf den Alarm Knopf gekommen - getan hat sich aber nichts. Die andere Notfall Klingel mit Schnur im Bad war festgewickelt. Auf sofortige Nachfrage beim Personal, ob denn dies wirklich ein Komfort Zimmer sei, oder ob bessere Zimmer zur Verfügung ständen, lavierte sich der überforderte Angestellte unfreundlich heraus. Fühlte er sich hinter seiner Schiebetür unbeobachtet, machte er sich lustig. Die hygienischen Zustände (ich bin Arzt) im Bad waren geprägt von Rost und Schimmel. Nein Danke - Golfen werde ich eventuell dort wieder - aber das Hotel sieht mich und wohl auch keinen aus unserem Golfclub wieder!

Ho soggiornato per la seconda volta in questa struttura per una mini vacanza. Il Resort, che si affaccia direttamente sul campo da golf, è ...semplicemente magnifico!!! Per noi il Chervo è sinonimo di garanzia: nella gentilezza, nel servizio, nella tranquillità e privacy, che solo in un resort all'interno di un golf si può trovare. Ma la vera forza di questo resort è nel ristorante, che nella disponibilità e cortesia del direttore di sala Alberto, gestisce magistralmente tutto il suo personale. Servizio di rara eccellenza, l'ospite diventa subito un valore assoluto, ringrazio Davide per l’attenzione e la simpatia, è una firma per questa struttura. Che dire… non c’è due senza tre… alla prossima Chervo

Location bellissima, perfetta per i golfisti ma consigliata anche ai non golfisti ed adatta a chi viaggia con bambini. Camere pulite e ben arredate (la nostra era una camera tripla, con soppalco e due bagni, davvero molto bella), personale sempre cordiale. Tre belle piscine, consiglio vivamente la biopiscina! Il mio compagno golfista ha apprezzati particolarmente i vari percorsi che il golf club offre e la perfetta manutenzione del green….. clubhouse degna di nota! Ci torneremo sicuramente!

1 I travelled here especially to play golf as I was told how good it was&was greeted very arrogantly at the reception.I have played many TOP golf course around the world&never experienced this. Asked if I could play,the whole time the receptionist was looking at here computer screen,no eye contact. When I finally got a tee time I asked where I could park my motorhome,she pointed over there,no instructions where,no instructions where the 1st tee was,NOTHING.👎 I found her to be extremely arrogant in her presentation to guests. Normally at a so called top golf resort your welcomed when you arrive not like this.First time there&the last time. The good thing is that being a golf professional I take my customers away on golf trips&this is why I wanted to visit Chevro Golf Resort,know I know I won’t be taking any of my customers there. Also the presentation of the golf course was terrible,yes they had rain the days before but when the tees are so long it’s like hitting out of rough it’s no fun.The fairways were all extremely wet,bunkers under water,nothing said before the round from the receptionist,this also is very bad from a top resort👎Still had to pay the normal greenfee👎👎 Overall won’t be back.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine. Certains avis indiquaient que le personnel n'était pas sympathique. Peut être que la direction est intervenue, car nous n'avons rencontré aucun problème de ce genre. Le resort est très bien entretenu, la propreté est irréprochable. La restauration est correcte . Un petit bémol sur la wifi qui ne fonctionne que dans la chambre et se déconnecte souvent. Les parcours de golf sont très bien entretenus, ils ne présentent pas de grosses difficultés. Voiturette 55 € (pas indispensable) avec GPS et bouteille d'eau.

Complesso molto ampio abbastanza ben curato. Reception un po distante dalla zona pranzo. Stanze ampie e pulite ma eccessivamente calde. Mancano le istruzioni per la combinazione cassaforte. Letto alto e comodo. Colazione molto scarsa e poco varia

Dopo una decina d’estati trascorse nella splendida biopiscina del resort, osserviamo che, nonostante siamo sempre stati ben accolti, la gentilezza, la professionalita’ e l’efficienza di Laura che gestisce questo spazio rendendolo speciale per adulti e bambini, sono state molto apprezzate. Un grazie di cuore a Laura! Speriamo di trovarLa anche l’anno prossimo e complimenti a Voi per la scelta!
