Bonjour, Je vous écris suite à mon récent séjour au Blue Diamond Luxury Boutique Hotel à Playa del Carmen, réservé via votre plateforme *******. Je tiens à faire part de ma grande déception concernant plusieurs éléments qui ont clairement nui à l’expérience. L’hôtel se présente comme un établissement haut de gamme en all inclusive, mais plusieurs aspects étaient très loin des standards annoncés. Tout d’abord, la plage était totalement inutilisable pendant toute la durée du séjour. Elle était envahie d’algues, sale et non entretenue. Il était impossible de s’y baigner ou même de s’y poser. Aucune information n’avait été donnée à ce sujet ni sur votre site, ni par l’établissement avant mon arrivée, alors qu’il s’agissait d’un critère essentiel dans le choix de l’hôtel. Ensuite, un montant de 300 € m’a été facturé sur place, de manière totalement imprévue, pour avoir reçu des invités. À aucun moment de la réservation ni lors de mon arrivée on ne m’a précisé qu’un tel frais existait. Ce type de facturation, sans avertissement préalable, me semble particulièrement injustifié. Enfin, en fin de séjour, on m’a reproché d’avoir fumé à l’intérieur de la chambre. Ce signalement a été fait par une employée de ménage, mais il n’y a eu aucun constat objectif, ni preuve, ni odeur constatée lors du nettoyage ou durant mon séjour. J’ai toujours veillé à ce que toute consommation se fasse à l’extérieur, dans les espaces prévus, et je trouve cette accusation assez dure, d’autant plus qu’el

My friends and I stayed here for 5 days in February 2025. At first, we are a bit concerned about the negative reviews and didn’t know what we got ourselves into. I’m not going to lie when we first arrived, we were somewhat concerned. Our hot water wasn’t working, the air-conditioning wasn’t working that well. However, by the next day, we were absolutely in love with the property and the staff. It was the most relaxing trip I think I’ve ever been on. The food was outstanding. The staff was above and beyond and it was just a beautiful property. It was exactly what we were looking for. I want to give a special shout out to Juan Carlos and Fabian and the concierge, I apologize I forgot your name, who went above and beyond to make our stay magical. Please don’t let the negative review sway you, this place is truly special!

Pros: I would like to highlight that the food was exceptional—delicious and well-prepared. We were served restaurant-quality meals three times a day, expertly crafted by the chef. Five stars to the chef! The room was spacious, featuring a walk-in closet and a large bathroom. We had the unique opportunity to observe crocodiles in their natural habitat while feeling completely safe. Cons: The main reason I would hesitate to return to this resort is the limited availability of umbrellas at both the beach and pool areas—only five in total. This made it difficult to find adequate shade. The temperature in our room did not go below 25°C, making it uncomfortable for sleeping. Despite reporting the issue three times, and staff attempting to address it, there was no improvement. The lack of air circulation made the room uncomfortably warm. On the night of our arrival (Saturday), we realized we had forgotten a hairbrush. When we visited the shop in the lobby on Sunday, we found it closed for the day. A receptionist kindly asked if we needed assistance, and after explaining our situation, she assured us that a maid would provide a brush, as it was typically included in the room amenities. Unfortunately, we never received it. The following day (Monday), we checked the shop again, but they did not carry any brushes or combs. When we asked the concierge if a staff member could purchase one for us on their way to work, we were informed that employees do not leave the resort premises.
