米拉馬爾酒店(Hotel Miramar)

El trato más vejatorio que he recibido en mi vida, sin educación y con falta de respeto. Nos encontramos en el puerto de Sóller de visita, entramos al baño y por no marcharme sin consumir, pedimos un botellín de agua frío. En un primer lugar nos hacen esperar para terminar teniendo que cogerlo nosotras, cuando me dispongo a pagar y pregunto el precio al camarero, este me dice que cuesta 2€ (dentro de lo normal en la isla) saco 2'10€ y no me devuelven el cambio. Ante esta situación reclamo mis 10 céntimos y el camarero me pregunta que si soy de aquí, al decirle que no, este me saca un ticket de 3'90€ (ESTAN ROBANDO AL TURISTA). Obviamente no voy a pagar el importe del ticket y pago los 2€ que inicialmente se me había dicho creyendo que era de la isla por hablar castellano... No obstante este no es el único detalle pésimo del lugar, durante la espera en la barra TODOS LOS CAMAREROS Y CAMARERAS DEL LUGAR se hablan fatal, menospreciandose entre todos y dejando que el cliente escuche todos sus problemas de negocio o compañerismo... finalmente y para mi gusto el peor detalle de todos, es la falta de respeto que se tiene hacia mi persona al ver que estaba enfadada y descontenta reclamando y se me responde en el idioma típico de la isla el cual no comprendo y no puedo responder. Me voy del lugar con una botella de agua pequeña que cuesta 2€ y una grandísima decepción después de ver una isla tan bonita. Pd: RECOMIENDO QUE NADIE VALLA A ESTE ESTABLECIMIENTO Y MENOS SI ERES TURISTA, TE VAN A ROBAR (no me extraña que tengan la terraza vacía y el resto de locales estén llenos)

This hotel is absolutely not recommendable. Staff is rude, breakfast is horrible and the walls must be made of paper, as you can hear everything around you. Cleaning left their long dark hair in the bathroom and changed towels even we did ask them not to. Beds are good though.

Un séjour très agréable à l’hotel miramar de port de Soler. Un hotel familial directement sur le port. Pas de luxe stéréotypé, compétence, gentillesse et efficacité sont les points forts de cet hôtel, les chambres sont propres et agréables. Les chambres avec balcon ou terrasse coté montagne sont très calme. Très bien situé tout se fait à pied. A very pleasant stay at the hotel miramar port of Soler. A family atmosphere, hotel directly on the port. No stereotypical luxury, competence, kindness and efficiency are the main advantages of this hotel, the rooms are clean and nice. The rooms with balcony or terrace on the mountain side are very quiet. Great location everything is done on foot.

Zeer slechte isolatie (geluid!) (wij wonen op een appartementje in de stad dus we zijn wel wat gewoon, maar in deze kamers hoor je echt ALLES van de buren…) De kamer was wat verouderd. De deur van de badkamer kon niet dicht en de lavabo hing los. Maar het was wel heel proper! Zeer goede ligging. Ontbijt is basic, maar lekker. Personeel was vriendelijk.

Abenteuer incl. um 6 Uhr Morgens Feueralarm. Raus aus dem Bett und halbbekleidet aus dem Hotel raus. Fehlalarm. Es kam auch kein Sorry oder Goodie vom Hotel.

Was nicht so toll war, dass keiner uns erweartet hat. Es war keiner an der Rezeption, auch nicht nach dem mehrmaligem Klingeln und dann waren wir auch noch nicht mal in der Gästeliste. Die Kurtaxe stand in der Rechnung mit 3,30 Euro, wir sollten aber 8,80 bezahlen. Aber es hat sich schnell alles geklärt. Sonst nichts zu meckern, Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstück super lecker, Zimmer sauber, alles drin, was man braucht

Hemos ido despues de comer a tomar un cafe. Somos una familia con 2 niños y hemos pedido un cortado, cafe con hielo y dos aguas Respuesta : 13,4€ Una verguenza un cafe 3.5 pero mas veguenza aun que un botellin de 50cl de agua Aquarel de Nestle que vale 0,3€ en el supermercado, la pongan a 3.7 No deberian de tener clientela. Culpa nuestra por no pedir una carta de precios. Hemos pensado que nos cobrarian precio de zona “turista” pero esto es un robo

15€ for bred and olives, bad drinks nice view. No good. 1 Star. Service explained that the aioli is 5 , the olives is five and the bred is 5 We love the place but it’s hard to find good quality. All in all we wouldn’t come back as the prices and quality not matching

très bel emplacement sur le port , chambres peu insonorisée mais confortables, accueil inexistant, excepté elena au petit déjeuner la direction est désagréable au possible fuyez la demi pension repas exécrables seule la situation vaut le séjour
