Although all communication from Travelocity said we would have the entire place it was not until I had to phone the owner on the day of arrival for the security code, that I found out we were sharing the place and only had one room. This is a two bedroom one bath condo and I was not prepared to share it. Owner gave me the runaround blaming Travelocity for the miscommunication. The owner sent screen shots of texts she sent to Travelocity but they were dated before I booked the place. This location is in a college town and I needed a place for graduation May 2024. Because it is difficult to get hotels I booked through Travelocity in May of 2023. In a whole year I did not hear from anyone that this was just a room. In fact my receipt says Entire place. On the day we were to arrive, upon hearing we were sharing with someone the owner offered a full refund. We had no choice to accept, there were no other places to stay within 50 min of the college. The place was clean however the air conditioner was not working properly. The owners did respond that they were trying to get someone to fix it however that did not happen.
