Spirit store is across the street. Mangrove Gym is next door. Banks with ATM machines and a small Hamburger take out. Mr. Chicken is just few steps away, Grocery store, Italian take out are approximately 10-15 minutes walk or 2 Bus stops from the apartment. Electrice bike rental is downstair. Car and motor bike rental is across the street(10 minutes walk) at Cambridge resort. Royal Naval Dockyard is approximately 7 to 10 minutes bus ride with everything you can think of including a ferry ride to Hamilton or St. George! Sandys is the western most Parish. It's named after Sir Edwin Sandys who made large investments to colonize the parish in early 1600s. The parish name is pronounced as 'Sands'. Sandys has five islands that are joined by bridges. The islands are Ireland Island North, Ireland Island South, Boaz Island, Watford Island and the biggest of all, Somerset Island. The Royal Naval Dockyard where most of the cruise ships anchor, is located at Ireland Island North. Being farthest from the congested Hamilton City, the parish provides refreshing piece and serenity that are quickly disappearing in tourist populated Bermuda. EASY ACCESS TO BUSES AND FERRIES with Bus Stops just about right in front of the Building from both traffic directions and Ferry Station around the corner. Steps away from BEACHES!!! Jody was a fantastic host, he answered questions promptly and was very knowledgeable. The room was much larger than we anticipated and we loved how close it was to the bus stops - right outside the door in both directions and about a 7 minute walk to the ferry. Kitchen was very well stocked

Property is in ideal location to get round the island. Bus stop 25 metres away, post office close by to purchase tickets, or purchase online. Supermarket 2 stops or 10 minute walk away. Food and drink very expensive.Boat club across the road welcome your custom and prices a lot cheaper than restaurants etc.

We loved our time at this property! The unit was beautifully setup, amazing view all day long, convenient access to bus, walkable to beach and Breezes restaurant. And to top it off the host is great too and even coordinated our transportation to and from airport. Highly recommend!

The location was very convenient to the post office to buy our bus/ferry passes, the bus stops, grocery store and swimming beach. Our host, Jody, was very helpful and provided us with transportaion to and from the airport. The studio apartment was perfect for our needs. Plus a very nice view too.

Great time in Somerset Convenient to bus lines, stores, a couple of restaurants. Very clean and comfortable apartment with a great view of Mangrove Bay. Jody was very helpful in getting us settled in. Would definitely stay here again.
