Absolutely unacceptable experience — stay away. To make the story short, two cockroaches were found in the bathroom during my stay. I immediately called the front desk expecting urgency or at least some level of concern. Instead, a staff member casually came to the room, killed one of the cockroaches, couldn’t find the other one, and just left as if this was completely normal. No apology, no shock, nothing. I asked to be moved to a different room — a very reasonable request — and was told it was “not possible,” even though the hotel was clearly not sold out. I ended up barely sleeping all night knowing there was still a cockroach loose somewhere in the room. Completely unacceptable, unsanitary, and unprofessional. I’m attaching videos and photos because this experience speaks for itself. This property needs serious attention to cleanliness and customer service. I will not be returning and cannot recommend it to anyone. So far, I emailed the GM a week ago and no reply! They simply don’t care. Good luck staying in this “luxury collection” property.
