Relaxing and fun place Room service is a Lillie bit lower quality.

We stayed for two nights and they didn’t make up our room for the second night. When we finally called housekeeping , they said we had to ask for it. But no one told us about this rediiculous rule for an $800 per night hotel. My last visit.

You need to completely retrain your staff, from the people at the various doors to the property who are aggressive and rude, to check in staff who are clueless, to bartenders who are not able to make even the simplest cocktails. You should hire a hospitality consultant to revamp evetyyhing. I paid almost $750 a night for the equivalent of 3 star service. I will call out that the spa was excellent, as was The Boathouse Restaurant.

hotel grounds are clean, rooms are nice and all the facilities are nice.

Had a Wonderful time at Graton; outstanding food (630park) and Food court was wonderful…Great service ; friendly staff; courteous chivalry …Excellent and experienced bartending 👏👏 Highly recommend for Stay !

Very clean ****** and hotel. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. Would recommend for a fun getaway

I would like them to update the food options and maybe have something they can send to your room to eat

If you are in The Bay Area. Visit this Venue. It has Hotel, SPA, Steak House, Italian restaurant( three kinds of pizza), wood cooked Barbecue, Oriental Food, 45 minutes north of Golden Gate. Three thousand gaming machines. Smoking and non smoking. What can go wrong

Graton hotel and ****** is very nice; however, I a microwave in the hotel room would have been helpful and the movies on demand were too expensive.
