Staying at the Hyatt was wonderful! I will come back again for the: 🛎️ Excellent Customer service 🍽️ Great breakfast 🐾 Pet friendly rooms 🛀 Bathtub 🏊Pool 📆Easy Booking 🌏 Location Nearby shopping mall, downtown restaurants, public transportation 40 minutes to SFO 15 minutes to Wine Country 20 minutes from Russian River

We had the best and most helpful staff greet us at the front desk. They we so accommodating and respectful our our situation. We had just arrived from the hospital. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to all. Sincerely, Tammi M

Upon arrival I was informed that parking on the property there would be an $18 charge per night. I was never informed about a destination fee of $35 would be added per night. Also, the cleaning service was rude. I had the do not disturb sign on my door and they continued to knock on my door at 8:30am. I told them we weren't ready and didn't want to be disturbed but they continued to knock on the door.

I was told this location was 10-15 minutes away to our balloon ride. And around the same timeframe from our Napa Train luncheon. We were so disappointed we drove 55 minutes to the location on a winding highway. That was not right. But, the area and the stuff were so cool.

Hello Hyatt team This was my 5th year in a row staying in this location, love the location but it seems to now be more of a place with less guest integrations, the outside area closed at 10 by the firepit and a bunch of us moved inside ( people who have all just met one another) then security comes and says we need to go to the room, and the lobby common area is closed. please make a new lounge bar area for your guest past 10 pm next I was in a garden room 1st floor near the pool the out side area was not cleaned in months due to the bird crap and all of the spider webs that make it un usable

Hyatt is not as upscale as it used to be. We stayed two nights. The phone didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it. If you used your cell no one answered. Our room was not made up the next day. I noticed several dogs, big and small and not wearing anything that said they were service dogs. We will not go back

The incidental add-ons were a surprise and outrageous. $80.00 for two days for free water, Wifi, pool access etc. Also, the TV remote was not functioning and when called front desk, I had to personally go to from desk to obtain a remote replacement.

Rooms are old, carpet could use a deep clean. Had to switch rooms because of the smell. Restaurant was not opened and food was only offered at the bar. On the one hand staff was friendly and supportive. Well located to go to Napa.

Good location to access wineries and nature of the area, restaurant has good breakfast food but it is dark and unappealing
