I had a long week and was looking forward to a decent night's sleep. The group that checked in to the room next door to me were loud and rowdy until the wee hours of the morning. They were yelling, laughing, talking very loudly, kids running up and down the halls. When I called the front desk a number of times, nobody answered. In fact, none of the marked buttons on the phone for guest services, reservations, room service, etc, worked. I got up and tried calling an 800 number I was given to combine my two Hilton Honors accounts and it was outside of business hours. I had no sleep that night and paid $300 for my room. Needless to say, I was very disappointed at my stay at this Hilton and will think twice about booking with them again. The staff were very professional and friendly, which I appreciated very much. However, sleep is really important to me and the fact that I could not reach staff when I needed their help was enormously frustrating.

We had a restful night and nice breakfast. The carpet by the elevators is either a different color or very dirty. (It was much darker.) Indoor pool and spa were not relaxing due to bright lights and being too warm inside the space. Ventilation was needed. Our checkin was lovely.

Good location to airport and hotel has FREE shuttle service! Staff very friendly and room service good but a bit pricy. Nonetheless, all-in-all a good experience.

We booked a stay to visit Safari West the next morning. We enjoyed the pool and staff is super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful, great choices. Belgian waffle was a hit. Had to knock off 1 star for how uncomfortable the Queen bed was. We didn't have a good night's rest. The mattress has sort of "soft top" that makes it squishy. I woke up tired with a sore back.

The Hilton Garden Inn Sonoma County Airport was the half-way point on our trip. The facilities and room are good, like other Hilton Garden Inns we've stayed at, but the staff and service here were outstanding. Very attentive, polite, professional. Made our short stay that much more enjoyable.

This hotel was terrific. Convenient location just off 101 but very quiet. 10 minutes to Healdsburg Plaza. Modern, clean, very helpful and courteous staff, large & comfortable rooms, small bar & cafe adjacent to the lobby, in the heart of Sonoma wine country at very reasonable prices. Will go back!

Very friendly staff, I had my dog with me and everyone was receptive to her, and helpful. Very nice location and I was able to walk around the property and take my dog. Very nice environment, very easy to the airport but very quiet too.

This property is SO beautiful. Such a peaceful environment with 2 nearby fountains and beautiful trees greenery all around. Located 5 minutes from the airport. They provide a shuttle to and from the airport as well as to nearby destinations as well and the driver gets there fast. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice, big rooms, color scheme was sorta old but otherwise the room was nice. Areas for improvement: some machinery in the room, perhaps the mini fridge kept cycling on and off as I slept, like a machine's version of breathing. At numerous points, this created a clicking sound which sounded similar to someone tapping on the door. This was startling and led to me waking up numerous times in the night. I had not turned the AC on so I don't think it was that. I may have been dreaming, but twice I felt a strong buzz that felt like it came from inside the mattress. I think the space needs to be cleared energetically, and that tapping stopped. I enjoyed the stay otherwise and highly recommend.
