俄羅斯河汽車營地酒店(AutoCamp Russian River)

Site is gorgeous, tents are spacious and staff is kind and helpful. Clubhouse is close by and well-appointed. Coffee delicious! We really enjoyed the communal nature of staying on the main lawn but private spaces are also sweet. At first we were sad that the Airstreams weren’t available and I’m the end, we were glad we got the tents! Super relaxing and fun!

My family booked a weekend here and suddenly caught COVID literally a day before arrival and requested a cancellation but was RUDELY denied. No refunds, NOT EVEN A CHANCE TO RESCHEDULE. We were willing to show documented test results from Kaiser, not to mention that all 4 of us were bed ridden with symptoms. By comparison, my friends that also caught COVID with us were able to cancel their non refundable hotel this weekend. Autocamp is a greedy, unreasonable company and should really re evaluate their policy on this. We were not intending on canceling and tried to reason with them but they stubbornly told us no. Ridiculous for a place like this, acting like a classy establishment, but they really aren't. As if we had any choice but to quarantine but Autocamp apparently does not care and will take your money, all of it, and tell you to f* off in the process and "read the fine print." It's inconceivable that we weren't even given a chance to at least reschedule. The customer service rep showed zero sympathy for our situation and promptly canceled us. So classy. Do yourself a favor, don't support a company like this.

We stayed here a week ago for two nights, air stream #15 to be exact, this is our family’s first time using air stream glamping. We had fun. It’s a nice place and we liked it. What we liked most in this place is the safety and security of everyone inside the compound or campground. You can’t get in unless you have reservations which got our attention the most. The place is clean and cozy, well taken cared of. Texting is the main source of communication, isn’t that easy and lovely? Quick to reply. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The check-in and check out are way much better, all online means and contactless. Great! If you’re asking for Wi-Fi, yes they do have Wi-Fi working even there’s lots of big trees around but of course there’s slow times but no complaints, we are in outdoors, right? Still thankful for it. The thing I like about our site is the outdoor dining for four hidden around the big tree. Regarding the inside, clean and cozy. Not really spacious but for a family of four, it’s just right. The problem is, it is too cold at night, the air stream is old, no insulation and all the glass windows are single pane only that’s why it feels like you’re inside a fridge with those vaporous windows with water dripping on it. The door is not properly shut, you can feel the cold breeze coming in. Even though it has small heater inside, it is not enough to heat the place that’s why we never really had a goodnight sleep. I guess that’s part of the experience. Am I right? Or maybe not. ＜smh＞ In conclusion, I don’t wanna say that this place is really good but it is not that bad either. Because of the experience, we will try air stream glamping again for sure but we’ll try other glamping sites. We will come back here again maybe in the near future but not right away. If you really know what I’m talking about, you need to try this place.

Definitely our experience with AutoCamp it was excellence! Close to everything and kids are welcome .…. Kids love hot chocolate and we enjoy the jacuzzi . Check in / out was very easy . You feel save ! We will be back .

I have been glamping and camping and let me just say this experience has changed it for me. The airstream was very beau jouie. Everything was so comfortable from the bed and pillows, to the beautiful bathroom, to a microwave in the kitchen and nice cutlery. And the best part was how easy it was to get the fire going. I did this trip solo and i was always fearful of staying in nature alone but this place was very private and gated. It was safe and the staff was very polite and nice! My only complaint was it could be warmer. My circuit went out 3 times the 2nd night and once the 1st. So that was annoying to deal with. Next time I'll make sure i get those heated blankets. However, it wasnt a deal breaker. I have found my escape to immerse in nature and recharge. I loved it. What an amazing experience!!!

Amazing place to stay! They thought of everything; bathroom necessities, drinking water, food options, etc. Would highly recommend!

My young son and I spent one day/night at Auto Camp and absolutely loved it. We had planned to venture out and see more of the surrounding area, but Auto Camp was so cool and fun that we ended up staying at camp the entire day. First the airstreams are very cool. Modern and clean and they have every amenity - even pens, scissors and a bottle opener. And the shower/bathroom is surprisingly spacious. The decor throughout is tastefully done. While the campsites are close together each has a secluded feel because of the landscaping. It really feels like you're alone in the woods. The communal amenities are nice as well. There is a large fire pit that provides a nice ambiance and a large grass field where my son and I tossed a football. There is also a playground for younger kids. It's nice to walk around the path that circles the camp. It's short but they have these stunning green leafed trees that appear to glow in the sunlight. Oh and they also have bikes you can take on a first come, first served basis. We rode them into town to grab some food for dinner to cook on our grill - every airstream or luxury tent gets a fire ring with cooking grate. Lastly the staff is super friendly and kind and the store is small but seems to have everything you need. If you like rugged tent camping in the outdoors go do that, but if you want a little bit of glamping then Auto Camp is well worth a look.

Blythe was a pleasure to talk to every morning and was very helpful in helping us have a small personal celebration. She is a local and was very knowledgeable about the area. Very, very big thanks to her - please recognize her for this excellent service. The facility itself was nice. There is a small wooden playground onsite that helped entertain the kids, along with an adjacent city-owned playground. There is a small riverbank for the Russian River about a 5 min walk away that was great as well. And it is nice to have a supermarket and town nearby, along with all the wonderful things there are to do around the area like Armstrong, Jenner, the shore, the winery scene, etc. The trailers were also great. Roomy enough compared to a tent. They do wobble when you walk inside them, which is an issue when you have people sleeping. The fold out beds are a little small, but adequate, again considering the context. The bathrooms are great too. There are showers in the lodge as well, if you need something a little roomier. Firepits, communal areas, and internet were all solid. When we were there, it was not crowded at all. If it were fuller, it might have been a different experience. All said, would definitely come back.
