德拉威樂大酒店(Grand Hotel de la Ville)

前台服務太糟糕了！我們剛從羅馬回來，6個小時的路程很累，店員讓我們在大廳待了半個小時！ 此外，我們的兒子和足球隊住在不同的旅館。當他來看我們時，禮賓部不允許他乘電梯參觀我們的房間？給出的藉口是──他不是飯店的客人。在我去歐洲旅行期間，我住過很多五星級飯店，從來沒有聽說過孩子不能在房間裡探望父母的規定？

Grand Hotel De La Ville was more than what we expected. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk to the main shops and a 2 minute walk to a catholic church, for those who go to mass. The hotel was beautiful and spotless, with very friendly staff. The room we had was huge, the bed very comfortable and the washroom very roomy! You could wash clothes and hand them to try in the washroom. The cleaners were thorough and it is the first hotel we have stayed in in Italy, where the cleaners were amazing! The buffet breakfast was very good, with lots of options and so far, the best coffee for us. The grounds were impecable and beautiful, with a nice bar and seating area for evening drinks and food options. This hotel serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, we did not have lunch or dinner there, but did order some food with our drinks one evening, which was handy and the food good. They also have a pool on the roof, with several lounge chairs and umbrellas. The Grand Hotel de la Ville is directly across the street from a lemon orchard, that you can walk through for free; it's quite impressive. Please note that this hotel closes this year mid-November, so we were lucky to stay there. It was worth every penny! Sorrento was our favourite place to visit!!

This is a lovely 4 star hotel. Great location about two blocks out of Tasso and short walk from the train station. We were there in early October, 2023. We stayed 5 nights, which was plenty of time to explore Sorrento and area towns. The hotel arranged for a driver to take us to Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello. A & P extremely crowded, but Giovanni dropped us at good entry points. Ravello not anywhere as nearly crowded, with nice cafes on the main square. Room was good sized, over the "garden", so no sea view but nice little balcony. The pool deck on the roof is spectacular, with views across the Bay of Naples to Vesuvius. Breakfast buffet typical but very good and fresh. Omelet/eggs prepped fresh as ordered. Crowd seemed mostly American. Shout out to Alessandro, the barman in the bar off the hotel lobby and on the pool deck. Always working, courteous, and attentive. Same can be said for entire staff. We'd definitely stay here again. It was great having a balcony in our room and we used it every morning with a view. The coffee was the best we had our entire stay in Italy and the breakfast is worth every dime. Most of the staff was very helpful and accomadating but a few were a bit rude and snarky- the others made up for it though.

Was a beautiful hotel with lots of space for relaxing both indoors and out. We had a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking a lemon grove & the sea. Lots of breakfast choices and a lovely bar to have cocktails. Walking distance to the main area however out of the tourist centre.

Wonderful, solid 4 star hotel w many amenities (2 pools, late night food menu options, very good breakfast buffet) and caring/ cheerful staff. Would recommend for location (easy walk w suitcases to and from main bus and train station), atmosphere and location (quiet at night and 5 minutes from city center). Views from the seaward side rooms are awesome and Mt Vesuvius looks great. Rooms are spacious, well decorated, clean and beds are super comfy.

This is a beautiful hotel- The ambiance alone plus the decor are reasons to visit. We had dinner there and it was incredible. We felt as though we had been transported back in time to the 1959’s- out of the Sophia Lauren movie. This is an experience not to miss!!

This was our favorite hotel throughout our stay in Italy! The room was super clean and we had a large private balcony. The top floor with the pool was amazing. All of the staff members were amazing! Breakfast each morning was also great!

Beautiful, upscale hotel and grounds. Our room had a balcony facing the sea. Breakfasts were amazing, rooftop bar is a must for sunsets, and rooms are exquisite. Location is about a 10-minute walk to the main piazza of this part of Sorrento.
