My first time to sorrento and this hotel made the trip. The view was stunning and the room was authentic and comfortable. It was far enough from town to be quiet but also close enough to walk. The staff was so friendly and helpful with everything. The breakfast was incredible

One of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed in. Great customer service and the food was FANTASTIC! Take the lift to the beach and walk up the stone steps! The views....HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Beautiful views of the ocean, a lovely beach deck accessible by elevator, and spacious rooms. The hotel was beautiful and a close walk to the main part of town. The food at the hotel was nothing special, and we had one rude server down by the beach -- aside from that, everything else was great. Drinks at sunset overlooking the ocean was a highlight!

This was our worst stay in any hotel to date. I’ve never written a review in my life but feel compelled to do so. The hotel itself was beautiful. The staff were the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. I left the hotel saying I’d never go back to Italy because of how awful the experience was. Truthfully, I love Italy. It was my 4th time there. However, this hotel made our stay so miserable it ruined our time in Sorrento. It’s not worth the money! Don’t stay there.

There is no management on duty, we asked to speak to the manager and they denied us that. We booked the room for a price and charged us completely different. Very upsetting. Nicola the main concierge told us it was a $3000 for a boat ride to capri, when it’s half of that to rent a boat all day. Horrible service in all of our Italy stay
