為家住宿加早餐旅館(Vhome)

The facilities are not working in the room, the TV has sky but only in italian and you cannot work it with other channel as the button is on the top of the tv, you have to stand up by a table to work it, so we didn’t watch very inconvenient. The tub is not working, the power shower has weak water to come out so not a power shower, tv is not working in the bathroom. Headboard has it’s big scratch that looks scrapy leather like very old. The bed linens has brown stains and so as the chairs. Ahhh looks not cleaned for a long time. No options for breakfast, all ready made breakfast like cereals, bought bread and cold cuts from cheap shop.. the fridge is not cold in the room. Needs improvement as to facilities and food service.

Fico impressionada com as fotos postadas dos hóspedes no Tripadvisor, infelizmente não consegui ter a mesma visão do estabelecimento. Para mim esse estabelecimento não poderia ser classificado como hotel, me senti enganada ao chegar ao local. O VHome está localizado em um prédio residencial que tem de tudo no local, fiz minha reserva no V home e me hospedei em um local chamado Ale House. O meu quarto 206, fica ao lado da porta da entrada principal, cada vez que um hóspede chegava, fazia um barulho absurdo da tranca da porta, como o local não tem recepção, você chega direto no seu andar de hospedagem e abre a porta e se direciona para o seu quarto, meu quarto não tinha privacidade nenhuma, dava para ouvir tudo dos demais quartos, era no segundo andar e o café ficava no terceiro andar, em uma sala de 15m2 mais ou menos com quatro mesas minúsculas, onde as pessoas saem do quarto e já dão de cara com as mesas, sem privacidade nenhuma também, as pessoas tomam café encostadas na parede do seu quarto, daí tem uma televisão alta na sala do café para não ouvir os sons dos quartos que ficam juntos a sala do café, somente no terceiro andar havia uma recepção, mas não sei se há funcionário no tempo integral. Realmente se você precisar de algo a noite, não sei se tem alguém para ajuda-lo. Os produtos do café da manhã são todos produtos industrializados, como bolos, etc, de mercado de péssima qualidade e mal gosto, as roupas de camas não são trocadas diariamente, tive a impressão que se o hóspede sai e aparentemente estão limpas não são trocadas, minha roupa de cama estava bem amarelada, quem está acostumado com infraestrutura de hotel e segurança esse não é o local indicado. Como já havia pago, não consegui cancelar a reserva que foi algo lastimável, no fim do dia após os passeios, tinha vontade de ir para qualquer lugar, menos voltar para o Vhome. O box do banheiro parece uma bolha minúscula, você se sente asfixiado com o vapor e tudo fechado, sem contar que não há manutenção, o chuveiro não ficava fixado na altura que você queria, se quisesse lavar a cabeça tinha que ficar ajoelhado. Enfim, vida de viajante é assim , nem todas as experiências são agradáveis. A senha de entrada no prédio fica na porta para qualquer um visualizar. No meu entendimento, hotel é aquele lugar que só existe ele naquele local físico. Me senti lesada com essa reserva.

La habitación es amplia con todas las comodidades, como así también el baño. Muy buena limpieza. Lo único malo es que no tiene recepción después de las 21hs y es difícil de encontrar aún con el Google maps. Muy buena ubicación, a 5 minutos del centro y 10 minutos de la estación de tren. Desayuno 10 puntos.

El hotel está bien ubicado. El desayuno es muy bueno y las habitaciones son confortables. Tiene dos aspectos a mejorar: 1) no está bien identificado el ingreso; 2) la atención durante la noche es mala: la persona que nos atendió es malhumorada y quiso cobrarnos estacionamiento (era gratis). El resto, muy bien.

The outside of the hotel doesn't look good, but there are no pictures to see it. The room is kind of clean, but you can hear people talking in other rooms. Breakfast wasn't great – no eggs or veggies, just sugary food from the store. It's an okay experience, but they ask for too much money. It's not really a hotel; it's more like just a room in an old building. I think they should charge way less for what you get.

Just back from Vhome and would not go back. It was basically an apartment in a block of flats with no signage indicating how to find it and once you were inside the building, it stank to say the least. By chance, my wife pressed a button thinking that this was calling someone and a small lift with a door which was covered in dirt inside appeared. The reception and dining areas are tiny (all within one area) with limited breakfast choice in the morning, that is if you got a seat. The lady who was on reception had to bring the dirty dishes over to a press, which opened out to reveal a sink, where she would wash dishes as you tried to eat. The room was ok but no English channels on tv, The shower (bath)is just about to fall apart with rails etc unsafe and as for reception staff, I asked for a taxi to the airport and was told I would get a call in an hour to confirm - NO CALL. Our advice would be to stay elsewhere....

Jos jostain kumman syystä tylsässä Sorrentossa tulee yöpyä niin tämä asuinkerrostalossa sijaitseva hotellihko on ihan hyvä valinta. Siisti ja tilava huone, mitään sanomaton parveke, hyvä wifi, italialaisittain tyydyttävä aamiainen, parkkipaikka talon autokellarissa (20e), sijainti ihan keskusta-alueen kainalossa. Vaikea löytää perille. Kadun varressa vain huono kyltti. Sisäänkäynti kadun viereisen ja perimmäisen kerrostalon välissä. Hissiin mahtuu mies ja laukku.

We had a very comfortable stay at V Home. Room was very clean, and quiet. Breakfast was included and offered by 7am which was very inconvenient for days with early morning tours. Location was close to the train station and a close walk to the city center. Staff was a great help. Antonio was a sweetheart.

+ I have a mixed feelings.. First impression was very good. Localization is perfect. Quiet area, surrounded by mountains. It is 7 minute walk away from historical centre, restaurants, everything you need for this kind of journey. We were greeted by young girl, named Laura - she was attentive, willing to help, and well spoken in English (which is not obvious in Italy). She matched every point that we needed to know during check in. We also liked our spacious room with balcony, which was perfect, heating, two tv screens (one in the room and the other one in the bathroom). We could have taken plates from the buffet any time we needed for our take away food or make coffe, tea, or hot chocolate 24 h a day! I liked how Laura taken seriously our complain about the Internet, but about this you will read below. You could have also seat in the dining room in the evening if this was your wish. That was really great. Also thank you for printing our tickets to Vesuvio. - We decided to pay full amount of money in cash for our stay on check in. Laura didn't give us a receipt (my fault also that I didn't ask for, but it should be a standard), and I was having questions from lady on check out - ,,you didn't pay" (she didnt speak English at all apart from that), then she gave a phone to me to speak to manager. Finally, we found a solution, and he apologized. We could finally left the building, after we mention that we pay with Laura first day. Very bad communication. MASSIVE problem from first day was a very bad internet connection. I couldn't do my work, that I have expected to be done for my workplace because of this. I straight away mention to Laura, but I think she didn't believe in the first moment, saying that they never have had this problem before. However, she said she will call an engineer from router to come over. He actually came another day! I was right. Router was having very week signal. We have been given new password on Thursday afternoon, so on our fourth day of stay. Much appreciate, but there should be a discount for it. Also, hair dryer was very week. On Saturday, we came on our last day for breakfast at 9:40 am... Everything was almost done, but with fussy behaviour, staring at us we have been sit down by two ladies, that also does not speak a word in English. I do understand, that we were in other country, and should speak some language (we actually tried, whatever we needed, we did research before), however you run turistic business, and these things need to be better. BREAKFAST? Continental buffet with cheap dry, stuff. I actually bought a proper bread for myself to toast in the toaster over there. Overboiled eggs from machine, and no scrambled eggs or any other options. I heard that in Italy you get croassant and coffe for breakfast, but this is a shame to such beautiful country.. Last hour killed me. For some reason, just before departure, me and my girlfriend had to take cold shower.
