梅爾羅斯蘇連多酒店(MelRose Sorrento)

很棒的 B & B。新的，超級乾淨，地理位置優越，距離火車站僅 15 分鐘路程。這個女孩非常樂於助人和友好。也很細心。必須住在這裡。

Bed & Breakfast nuevo, con algunos detalles a corregir, pero que no impiden una estadía cómoda. Muy linda habitación, completa, limpia. El baño también muy completo. Zona tranquila, se descansa muy bien. Caminando se llega a los lugares turísticos de Sorrento, incluso estación de tren o bus para ir a otras localidades. El desayuno es bueno. Tiene conservadora, pava eléctrica. La recepción funciona por la mañana y son muy atentos.

Le camere sarebbero anche molto carine e tipicamente della zona costiera amalfitana, peccato che appena entrati in camera abbiamo notato un forte odore di muffa. La muffa era presente su tutta la parete della testata del letto e tutta la parete dove presente la finestra. Un vero disagio. Abbiamo subito informato Isa la quale era la referente in quel momento. Come da loro richiesta abbiamo accettato che l’impresa di pulizie facesse il trattamento con la candeggina sulle pareti ove presente la muffa. Una volta rientrati in stanza l’odore persisteva e anche la muffa. A quel punto essendo non proprio bello dormire con la muffa sopra la testa abbiamo pensato di parlare direttamente con la proprietaria come da richiesta di Isa. La proprietaria dopo varie chiamate senza alcun riscontro, si è decisa di risponderci e negava il problema della muffa dicendo che non era muffa ma erano semplicemente macchie di condensa in quanto tanta umidità. Peccato che la condensa non ha odore di muffa. La soluzione della proprietaria era di fare la prima notte nell’altra loro struttura lì vicino e il giorno dopo ripassare nella struttura che avevamo prenotato (ovvero quella della muffa). Inutile dire che la muffa nel giro di una giornata non va via. Morale della favola noi ci siamo dovuti trovare un altro albergo in quanto la proprietaria non sembrava comprensiva. Abbiamo ovviamente richiesto il rimborso per il disguido e quindi avendo perso la nostra prima giornata nella costiera amalfitana la proprietaria ci ha offerto un rimborso del 50% neanche dell’intero importo quando. Era evidente come vedrete nelle foto la quantità di muffa presente nella camera. LO SCONSIGLIO!

The property is located at a prime location walking distance within train station and ferry station- the location itself it’s a bit hard to find (it’s right opposite to a laundry store). Make sure you clarify checkin time with the host as it’s a guesthouse and not always having staff on site. We made a mistake for not clarifying our checkin time correctly so got stuck in the lobby for a bit but the host was responsive and come over immediately to open the door for us! But other than that, you’d get a lot for the price that you’re paying. Isa served us with yummy complimentary breakfast everyday, the place is spotless and very clean, there’s cleaning service/new towel everyday, the place looks very new and the Ac works very well! Strongly recommend this place, esp for the price that you’d be paying! Thank you Isa for an amazing stay! :)

The property and rooms were so beautiful, modern, quaint and well kept. The property owner was extremely kind and accomodating, ensurinf our stay was suited to the best of our liking. We will definirely be back ar Melrose. Grazie mille, Isa. Cassandra & Julian - Friends from Toronto

What beautiful apartments to stay in. The rooms are light and airy,, and lovely attention to detail. The breakfast is easy to organise, you make your choice when you first arrive you can either have the same your whole trip or just inform the owners by WhatsApp. Communication is good with the owner and are willing to offer advice of how to get to places. Located about a 10 minute walk from the termini and 5 minutes from the centre. I would 100% book this accommodation again. Just perfect

May 11th-18th What a fabulous time we had staying at Melrose apartments. Having been to Sorrento previously and stayed in a hotel Melrose was like a breath of fresh air. We were greeted by the host who kept in touch with us once we had landed at the airport and was waiting for us when we arrived. We were greeted by the loveliest of ladies, who was Polite, knowledgeable and was willing to help with suggestions when asked. The apartment was perfect, clean, the shower was amazing and the service was exceptional. Breakfast was delivered to your room at your convenience and time every morning. You could WhatsApp and amendments to what you required each day. The apartment is located about a 10 minute walk from the train station and 5 mins from the centre during the day and night. Book these apartments and you won’t be disappointed

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la personne qui nous a accueillis et servis les déjeuners. La piscine du Melrose le Relais était super!

Good location and a very warm welcome from Isa. Room was very nice but there was an unpleasant odour from the bathroom. The included breakfast was disappointing.
